This salon is the best! I've been getting my nails done here a year. They always do a quality job. They take their time and make sure I like them. All of the nail techs are super nice... they make me feel special every time. Cindy did the nail design on the picture attached and Sabrina did the fill. I love them so much! Very beautiful.

So thankful for the staff at Luxe! I was in town for a wedding and didn't have a lot of time in between events to get my nails done. Cindy was amazing and said not to worry she would have someone work on my toes while she did my hands! Everyone was so friendly and the atmosphere was a pleasant and relaxing reprieve from running around for the wedding. Cindy even suggested some floral designs and matched my dress. Can't say enough good things, will be returning here any time I am in town.

I think your experience at this place heavily depends on the person you see. The person who did my pedicure was amazing! 10 out of 10. The person who did my acrylic nails seemed rushed and didn’t do any cuticle prep before hand so less than a week out, my nails have started lifting. There was glue left on my finger an acrylic left under my nails. The tools she used were rusty. Overall I don’t think I’ll be back.
EDIT! It’s only been 3 weeks but I had to take my nails off due to them breaking and starting to lift. As I started filing them, they smelled like Mold! No matter how long I soaked them in acetone, they wouldn’t come off. I had to spend 2 HOURS hand filing them and I still have product left on my nail bed. My nails feel thin and sensitive from the filing and especially from the areas that were lifting. The lifting product peeled some of my nail up too.

Visited this awful nail salon on Saturday 11/2/2024 to get a manicure and pedicure. I had a 10% coupon from the website, and I was told that I would be charged $60.00. I'm use to paying at least $100 for good service so it was not a problem. However, when I checked my bank account on that Monday $142.00 had been debited from my account. I went back to the place that same Monday and a lady who did not service me approached me and tried to explain away the charges.
They rushed on my manicure and pedicure The lady servicing my feet used a different color polish than the polish that was used on my nails because she was too inpatient to wait on the lady that was servicing my nails to finish with the polish that she was using on my nails. I asked to get my cuticles clipped around my fingure nails, the lady tried to clip my cuticles while they were dry, which did not work out. Nail techs usually soak my finger nails in a bowl of water before cutting my cuticles. The lady stated that she would clip my cuticles after she finished my nails however, she never clipped my cuticles! Some manicure!!!! They'll never get another dime of mine!!! I am surprised that this establishment is located in the Eastown area. Pictures were taken on 11/03/2024.

Cindy at Luxe did an amazing job and saved the day after I made an appointment at POSH salon downtown, arrived on time and waited 30 minutes without having anyone start on my nails. Left and walked into Luxe and they got started right away! 10/10 she was so quick with my nails too. Will be back!

This was my first time here and it was a great experience. My nail tech, Tina, was so nice and she did a great job! They are affordable, and it doesn’t take weeks to get in!

The worst nail salon visit I have ever had. I asked for a design with photo inspiration they said they could do it and then wound up with stickers on my nails and they are sticking up through the polish. Not all of my nails are painted the sides are bare and the shape was a hard concept to grasp. I like very point like stiletto and wound up with an attempt, but the tip of the point is blunt. I would never ever recommend. $70 for something I will have to go get redone.

My nail tech was so sweet and very thorough. I'm so happy with my nails and am ready for my concert tomorrow ? I feel bad for not getting her name because she was so nice. Love the cute designs she was able to do <3 Will be back!
