I’ve been here a few times since moving to Madison. And I don’t recommend coming here if you can help it. If you need to though, the younger nail tech is fine. The older guy though is rough, impatient, and rude. He teased me after I pulled my hand away as a reaction to him filing my nails. He made inappropriate comments to me saying I wasn’t married because I was too picky. He did not give me the design I wanted and the design he did create was messy. I tried very hard while he was doing my nails to hold my frustration. I paid the full price and will never go back.

This has to be the worst nail salon I have ever gone to. The service I received was horrible! The nail tips were placed crooked on my nail and when I asked for it to be fixed I was told my finger was crooked and not the nail. The nail tech then proceeds to cut the sides of the nails to make them coffin shaped instead of filing it like a normal nail salon would’ve done causing the sides of the nails to be uneven. One side was rounded and the other was straight. When I asked for the uneven sides that he cut to be evened out, he told me once again that it was my fingers being crooked that caused my nails to be incorrectly shaped. Then when I tried to look at my other hand to decide if I liked them or not I was rushed to decide whether to continue having them incorrectly done or to have them removed. I decided to have them removed to go elsewhere and have them done correctly. My nails are now sore from him drilling the acrylic off so roughly.

Additiobally, I called prior to coming in and asked the price of nail removal and was quoted at $5 when I got to the salon I was told $10 instead. They also charge an additional cost of $1.75 when you use a debit/credit card that they don’t tell you about. That cost is supposed to be paid by the company and not the customer! Very misleading and unprofessional business. I would suggest customer service training for staff and for them to be more receptive to feedback from PAYING customers. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER!!!

Received dip nails. My nails look thick and club nails like. I asked for a soft square and they are as square as can be. None of the nails look uniformed. I felt like it was rushed. Very limited color choices for dip. I kept getting asked if I have complaints. I chose to say no because I didn’t want them to attempt to fix them. I have a regular place I love but I’m going out of town and they were open on Sundays. Won’t be back.

My daughter (12) got acrylics for her birthday and they were totally misshaped. I spoke to the nail tech about it and he argued with me that it was because of my daughter's nail shape. This wasn't her first mani, and we showed pics. Her sister's nails were also shaped properly, so I continued to push the tech about the application. He then turns to my daughter and says, "your okay with it, right?" She's 12, so she's like it's fine and with that the tech walks away. No offer to fix them, discount or apology. We left there to go to another salon to have them removed and they said the tips were placed the wrong way, which was why the nails were pointing upwards. HUGE waste of time and $$ and a very disappointed birthday girl!

From a distance I love the look of what I got. I could have been more satisfied with the attention to detail: filing and coverage specifically. Every single nail has uneven application of acrylic, which is most obvious when looking from the side. I believe the appearance of this could have been helped by some filing. The same is true about the white design, which does not meet from edge to edge. Similarly on my toes, there's spots that were missed and spots that got too much. My feet could have been filed more in general too. I paid $95 for my nails (full set, design, shape, dip powder and gel polish) and $60 for my pedicure ($40 for the regular pedicure and $20 for gel polish) which I'm fine with, but I'd like to see better overall. I would definitely go back, I've gotten lots of compliments on my nails, but it's disappointing to look at my nails and see the imperfections from any angle you look. The people were friendly, the place seemed clean enough.

tom did a great job on my nails. i asked him to do a halloween themed full set and he delivered exactly what i asked for. so nice that i also got him again when i needed a fill. thanks tom!
