First time here, needed nails done for my wedding, they were exceptional. Tim did such an amazing job. Kathy also did a wonderful job with my pedicure, couldn't be happier!

Didn’t take the gel completely off before applying the new coat. Nails are uneven. Paola was huffing during the entire appointment. No attention to detail. The shop was also not very clean.

Paid 40 for individual lashes today. I told her natural medium, I don’t want to look like a bug is on my face. She did not prep my lids (that were clearly oily) and did not show me her products first. The lashes were very cheap looking once applied. She went overboard before handing me a mirror and then asked if I wanted her to finish the other eye…. I got home the same day (today around 6:30) and tried to scratch my lid with a q tip and the whole strip of gummy old glue and clusters of lashes came off with the w tip. She said they would last 5-10 days.

I called this morning to ask if I can be seen due to another nail shop poor work and the sweet lady on the phone was kind and patient with my concerns. I then stopped by and she took care of me right away and removed horrible color and reshaped the awful work the other place did. I want to thank the lady for helping me feel pretty again with my nails. It wasn’t your fault but you took care of me in the most professional way.

Amazing service, great prices. I absolutely love the work they did today. Usually I don’t get great results from most shops, but this shop was different, They exceeded my expectations and Im most definitely coming back here. I hate to write a negative review with a business that has some nice staff, but the services started off great. I was soooo thrilled to have a great salon in Forest Park and in a nice and close plaza. But their services and overall customer service have definitely declined. I continued to go because I wanted to support a Forest Park business. I was there twice this month because the first gel full set did not last more than 1 week. This was the first horrible experience, I kept politely telling them that it wasn’t the color or shape that I picked but they kept going. It was a simple french tip. Today I made an appt for 5:45 and was not seen until 6:30 pm, but the unfortunate part is that Janice had a horrible attitude (as always) and was super rushed. Do not schedule appointments at this time if you are in a rush to close. I did not walk in before closing time. I had an appointment and you did not start on my nails until it was almost closing time, so that was your issue, not mine. The attitude is sooo unnecessary. My Valentines themed full set, basic and pink is not cute at all. It is chunky, awkwardly shaped and just not worth it. You do not get what you pay for anymore.

Pamela does great manicures though! I wouldn’t get anything other than a manicure here.

I’ve been to this salon 10+ times so I really gave them a chance to get it right.

I had had 2 very different experiences here. My first pedicure here was very rough, she drew blood 3 times. She didn't speak English, so when I tried to tell her to be more gentle, she didn't understand. I forgot to get her name. I like to give my business to places near where I live, so I decided to give them a second try. My second pedicure was so good! She was more gentle, but still thorough and my toenails are beautiful. Unfortunately, I forgot to get a name again! I will definitely go here again.

Jason was my nail tech today. I walked in last minute for a dip nail removal. It's not a huge deal of a service usually but we've all had bad polish removals were they're either too rough and careless with your nails, or they don't remove everything. Jason did a perfect and gentle removal and gave me a nice clean shape. I feel refreshed? Beautiful salon & kind service. I'll be back.
