They did an amazing job on my manicure gel refill and pedicure. The crew is super constant and that the time and care to make sure that their clients are happy with their nails. High recommendation if you are in the CBD

If I could rate no stars, I would. Wrong
shape by the technician after discussing it led to needing a new set of nails - charged at full price even though I was offered a discount. I was the. Told out of the colours I had chosen, it wasn’t available. I walked out with incomplete, expensive nails. After stating I could speak with the manager, I was told they were next in store on 2nd November. Worst experience and nails I’ve had.

F/U - I recently received a request from this business to provide images and an email outlining my issue. Having done so, and having to follow up numerous times, I receive a reply outlining the terms and conditions that no refund will be offered. Don’t visit this business as it’s a big con.

Although my nails chipped a bit I got them fixed up and an extra coat added no extra cost! Apparently clear gel is a lot thinner then coloured gel which is why this happened (I am a swim teacher so wanted to protect my nails), so next time I will get coloured!

Walked in for a gel pedicure and the staffs were friendly and very quick to accommodate me. Absolutely love the work that they had done for me and the ambience is very luxurious and relaxing. Would definitely go back again and highly recommended for those who just want to unwind and enjoy a relaxing time

Went for a refill on my acrylic nails. The technician convinced me to get builder gel. Informed me they would last as long and look natural. Not even a week post the appointment my nails and the gel were separating. She also charged me to take off my acrylics. Wouldn’t go back.

I have been here a couple of times now and it’s ok, nothing to rave about.

On both occasions there was no attention to detail & very little customer service. The most recent experience I had was that the colour is uneven on the nails and you can see patches of lighter areas. Did not receive a proper pedicure either, not thorough & missed steps.

It also makes for a very uncomfortable experience when you are sitting there, the nail tech is not talking to you but instead is talking in another language to her colleagues.

I won’t be back here, I gave them the benefit of the doubt & came back a 2nd time with the same experience.

The staff member that served me had no idea how to do SNS manicures. It ended up cracking after 30minutes and it was very uneven. I had booked with another staff member but I ended up with someone else without even having the courtesy to tell me, she just sat down and started working on my manicure. They had asked me to come back to get it fixed but I ended up asking for a refund.
