STORY WORTH THE READ!
Iv been coming to Nail Bar Company at Knox for almost a year and Iv been hooked from my first set. All their stylists put in such amazing effort it's hard to go anywhere else when they've set the bar so high for quality.
And I have a recent story that is the reason for this review.
I recently went in for a refill for my acrylics and chose to get red chrome as my colour. I was warned by my technician (I never got her name ?) that in her experience chrome is known to wear/chip more easily around the edges, with this I still decided to do through with the design.
Unfortunalty not even 24hrs later it had already started chipping and by 48hrs I had significant damage to the design. I contacted them and explained the situation and with pics provided I had no push back what so ever with a fix free of charge. When I told them the design I wanted to change to, originally they said I'd have to pay $15, not realising the damage was across all 10 nails but I explained the situation and that i had already paid extra for the chrome. The manager then decided to honour the free of charge design swap and I couldn't be happier.
If you've read this far I hope it convinces you to try them and I hope their quality hooks you to stay as it did me ?

I’m their regular costumer for a few months now and I love the quality of their work. Most of their nail artists are professional and quick. I had the builder gel with simple french on my own nails and I love the result. Mimi (hopefully I’m spelling here name correctly) is my nail artist and I love her work. Highly recommended!

So happy with my nails! Selena did by far the best French nails I have ever had, she was constantly checking the shape and making sure every single detail was up to scratch she is truly amazing! I also couldn’t locate the store and the customer service on the phone was incredible directing me where to go! Plus the shop has beautiful interior and very hygienic! Love love love ❤️❤️

Very unpleasant experience! Horrendous quality for the price you pay!

The UV dryer was faulty. It kept turning on and off randomly, so did not stay on for 60 seconds to dry the nail polish. The next day, the nail polish started to peel off. This is unacceptable and appalling considering I paid $95, not $9! I had to travel back to the salon the next morning to ask for my nails to be re-done. This costed me lots of time, energy, and money. The UV dryer worked the second time. However, over the span of one week, the nail polish still started to peel off! It got to a point that even half the nail polish of my thumb peeled overnight! There was also nail polish under the nail and dried up bumps of nail polish on the nail. Fed-up, I travelled to the nail salon AGAIN to get my nail polish removed as I could not tolerate having chipped and sloppy looking nails. They were unable to refund me the $95 despite my complaints.

Therefore, I paid $95 for very terrible quality nails which barely lasted over a week. I highly do not recommend coming to this salon. I’m never coming here again!

I only get simple shellac manicures, lately I have had Henry as my nail technician, I can't compliment him enough, he does an amazing job and is a asset to the business.
I highly recommend this business and all the staff especially Henry.

If you want amazing quality and quickly done nails this is the place, however don’t bother booking an appointment as they just let anyone walk in at anytime regardless of how many staff members are free. Often I’ll walk-in and have to sit and wait 5 mins (which I don’t mind) but then two or three more people with appointments arrive and they’re waiting just as long as me. Gives the vibe that their hungry for as many customers as quick as possible and don’t care about honouring appointments:((
