Love, love, love my nail tech Amy! I’m a very picky girl when it comes to my nails and she never fails! She takes her time doing my nails and always makes sure I’m happy with them. I do dipping powder on my natural nails and not once has my nail broken or the dip starting to lift. Only thing that has occurred was the top coat chipping off on one of my sets, but besides that everything else has lasted a very long time. I also have done my pedicures with her, they always come out good with no cuts and last a long time.

Highly recommend Tamy! I have been seeing her for a couple years and she always does amazing work. She also specializes in nail design and can create beautiful nail art! I can show her any photo and she executes the design every time. I also like this salon as it’s always clean, staff are friendly and pricing is reasonable.

I booked online and randomly selected a tech—Linh. I don’t get my nails done often and wanted to trust my tech would do a good job. Linh was very kind and had good customer service but definitely needs to touch up on his skills. There was little time put into shaping my nails—they’re uneven and my pointer finger is going a different direction. There’s also still lumps of acrylic under my nail tips too. It’s the day following my appointment and there’s already signs of visible lifting.

Yeah, this place is amazing! The massage was SUPERB. Reasonable pricing and amazing nail techs. They have so many different colors and styles of gel, including cat eye and mermaid. ‍♀️
The place is also incredibly clean, they use liners in the tub.

Never get a bikini wax here. I tried to be patient the whole time because the lady was polite but she definitely doesn’t have experience with bikini waxing. I was there for a whole 1 hour getting a bikini wax! 1 WHOLE HOUR and I had to tell the lady to leave it that way because she just kept trying to remove hairs over and over again and the wax kept building up so she kept trying to remove it by cleaning with a cotton and a ton of baby powder and everything was just clamping up, it was a mess. I had to leave this place with hairs that were never removed and wax and cotton stuck to my lady parts. The worst part of the experience is that I didn’t even get an apology and the lady even wanted to charge $70, which is $20 more than what they have priced on their website for a bikini wax. I need to figure out how I’ll remove that wax now.

I’ve been coming here for over 3 and a half years and have primarily been serviced by Tamy. She’s absolutely wonderful and executes so well. Anytime I’ve showed her my nail inspo she always nails it (pun intended) and is so thoughtful in her approach. Not only that, but she’s professional, timely, and a kind human. The facility is also very clean and I’m always greeted with a warm welcome.

What I asked for vs what I got waste of $80

Had a horrible experience trying this salon for my first time I always get French tips so I know exactly how it’s supposed to look and this was just not it.

Mistake one sizing of the fake nail tips as you can see the middle finger nail is super wide.

Then the layer of acrylic that was put on Tom was not evenly applied and it was not smooth to the touch after everything was done it was lumps everywhere acrylic under my nails that I had to ask be removed

The pink color did not compliment my skin complexion I wasn’t allowed to pick for some reason they thought they knew best also he only did one coat of the white for the tip as you can see it was very streaky

I was allowed to come in the next day to have someone try to fix it where I was then informed that nobody knew how to do the French tip that I was asking for originally and I simply just stated can you please just make it look better than this they drilled off the acrylic and then repainted it and tried to file it down so they weren’t as thick

What a SHAME. Came in about a week ago, an old gentlemen seemed like he didnt know what he was doing and had to look over the technician next to him on how to do each steps of my pedicure (the person next to him was doing my friends pedicure). He also cut my skin and my polish is and was not smooth. It burned when he wiped alcohol over it (forgot to take pics of the cut skin). The sides aren't covered either, and the top coat is not even fully covered! Met the owner and his daughter too who was at the front desk checking me out. Absolutely hostile, no friendliness or greetings whatsoever. I am so disappointed honestly, I've never given reviews unless its that bad. Not how I'd run my own business if I were them. Front desk is not helpful of where they want you to be, you just free roam and stand around cluelessly. Be careful before you come to this place. Also to add on; the technician I had was not grateful. I tipped 20% even though I didn't like the service I received, my total was $40, I tipped $8. He then said "so little" in vietnamese. What a joke, absolutely insane and an absurd amount of money that you have to spend here, not deserved. lmfao
