I’m not one to write negative reviews but I was so disappointed when I left. I went in for regular pedicure and dip manicure. While the atmosphere is appealing and it’s very clean, the skills were lacking. My pedicure itself was very relaxing and nice, however the polish chipped before I got home from the appointment on 2 toe nails!!! Then my dip took an extra long time to do because I pointed out that it looked very thick and so my tech had to start over and soak it off my whole right hand. It looked slightly better the second time but still too thick for my liking. For $88 I spent there in wish I went else where.

My dearest friend recommended your nail spa to me and I am so grateful she did! Upon walking in I was greeted with a smile immediately, asked what service(s) I was interested in. They have a great check in station where you sign in offer your name, number and email. I sat down within minutes for a Gel Pedicure and had a wonderful experience. Leo took his time and has great attention to detail. At the check out I was asked how I liked my service and was treated like I have been there plenty of times before. I will be back and will definitely be telling friends and family! Thank you for making my afternoon so magical!

On 5/11/24 I decided to go get a fill in and cut down for Mother’s Day I arrived around 1:05pm there was a little wait np, than the lady called me up great, she started to remove the gel from my nails and then asked if I wanted a cut down. I agreed, and also showed her the shape I wanted my nails. She was fine with that. She replaced two of my nails that were missing, then proceeded with my fill in.
Afterwards she told me that she would be back in five minutes to finish shaping my nails and finish me up! Well five minutes turned into 35 minutes after that, the guy came over and proceeded to finish my nails ,he reshaped my right hand oval a whole different shape from what the lady had already started which was ( stiletto). once I spoke up about it he started to reshape the oval to stiletto), the lady walked back over, than told me I couldn’t get the shape I wanted and told me that she could not finish my nails and I need an appointment after I had been there at this point for almost 2 hours waiting to get my service finished that she ALREADY started!! I have 5 different shapes on my nails and Uncompleted service!!! She refused to finish my nails and at this point I have NEVER experienced this type of service before and I been getting my nails done for 20 years and they were not apologetic and furthermore, it was a very disturbing unprofessional experience, and I will never recommend this place to anyone!

Less than 48 hours and they are chipped. They were nice to “fix” it when I went in. However the color is wrong and instead of doing it right and taking it all off they just filled it in. Super frustrating when you pay alot to get them done. They should last for 2 weeks. These will chip again I’m sure.

NEVER AGAIN!!!! Highly disappointed with the service I received today. A woman in their salon did my eyebrow and lip wax and literally rushed the whole thing. It was very obvious that she was in a hurry. She only waxed part of my lower brows and used a RAZOR to line up the upper brows. I had to ask her to Wax them- which is the service I requested!! She paid No attention to detail and couldn't take a second to at least ensure my brows had a nice shape and were even. She handed me her phone to use the camera when she was finished-didn't even have a mirror- and when she asked if I liked them, I expressed that I did not. Instead of asking how they can be fixed or what changes should be made, she took her phone from me and shut the light off and quickly left the room as I was still getting up from the table. She was very RUDE and unapologetic of her horrible service. I left with wax residue still on my face and my brows are terribly uneven. I will never step foot in this salon again!!

had a great experience here with don! everyone is so nice, the music is very nice & relaxing, the atmosphere is great. don did a great job on my pedicure he gave a great massage, polish job & did everything exactly how i like it! they were very accommodating with my husband paying ahead of time. will be returning 🙂
