My first visit to Conway Nail Bar was lovely. Henry gave me the prettiest nails and paid such good attention to filing them so that they were not crooked or rough. My second visit was okay with Hannah; my nails were slightly crooked but still painted well.

My third visit, however, was AWFUL! I have never been in and out of a pedicure chair so fast (and not in a good way)…like 10 minutes fast! There was no soak time and it felt extremely rushed. It almost felt like One, the man doing my nails, was mad at me. Nothing felt relaxing and he didn’t even get the dead skin off my feet. I had to point out the rough skin on my toes and then rebuff once home. Instead of telling me to switch my feet from the tub to the towel, he would move them and he did not have a gentle touch. Between him pulling my feet in and out of the tub and giving me the “massage” I have MULTIPLE bruises on my calves and shins. I am ashamed I didn’t tell him to just stop but I was, honestly, so shocked. My left big toenail was bumpy and all the edges were not smooth so I fixed that myself once home, too.

Then One removed my gel polish and added regular polish to my fingernails. My nails needed a break from gel because they are thin and brittle. He kept asking if I wanted gel instead. No! I asked for what I wanted. He kept telling me I need to grow/keep longer nails. Just stop! If I want longer nails, I’ll ask for longer nails. Also, my nails aren’t that short and I needed them shorter this time due to how thin and weak they are. Perhaps your salon should use the e-file correctly so they aren’t so thin. I had to, also, file all my fingernails because the edges were ragged and catching on my clothing.

I may or may not return depending on if I can see Henry. I would have scheduled with him for the third appointment but he was not available and I desperately needed to remove the gel polish. One would think any of the staff could do a simple pedicure and polish change but apparently not.

Be careful if you use this salon. Hannah and Henry were fine. One gave me bruises.

terrible. i asked for short nails since im a nurse. i can barely even use my thumbs. mike cut 6 different fingers and kept going. i have never had an experience like this before. he would not listen to me one bit. waste of money and time. i’m supposed to be a bridesmaid tomorrow and im having to go to another salon and get my nails fixed.

Just don’t waste your time! Can’t even tell I got a pedicure. Gel Polish already peeling and I got this done today. Heels still crusty?nails fat! Do not go here

Highly disappointed in the quality, attitude, and technique of the nail tech “One”. He trimmed my real nails down with clippers after i repeatedly asked him not to. I guess it was his technique for getting my acrylics off. After this he’d take a fake nail tip and pry it under my acrylic and rip it off. I told him it hurt and he continued to use this technique. Not only this but upon being sat, he had his pack of cigarettes out on the table and his nails had dirt under them and looked dirty which is fine idc but not if you’re literally doing my nails, it just didn’t look hygienic. He was not the kindest and I honestly wouldn’t have cared if the nails came out looking nice but they didn’t. 3 days after getting them done, my pointer finger acrylic popped off. For $67 I am so so unhappy and will not be returning. Save ur time and money besties !!

They did great on mine and my daughter’s nails! Atmospheres great, they were super busy and still got us both done in a timely manner! Was very happy with the service.

First time here and will definitely be returning on a consistent basis. One of the cleanest nail salons I’ve ever experienced. The best manicure and pedicure I have had in years. Thank you Kim‼️‼️‼️ That was my first review however, I have revisited this salon several times and each time it is a new experience ( can't get the same person on the online appointment service). In addition, but not limited to; the inconsistency of the normal routine of a pedicure and manicure. Sometimes it's excellent and other times it's like I could've done better. Not sure why each visit is so extremely different......feeling disappointed ?

Friendly but messed up my toenails. Drilled down so much I bled. Paint job was terrible. Left with nail polish on the underside of my toes and the clear coating on the top of my toes. Decided to not get a mani after my pedi experience.

They talk to you like acquaintances. Very nice employees and great at attention to detail! By far the best nails I've ever had, my sister and I both absolutely love our work at Conway Nail Bar My gels last longer than any other salon I've been to.
