I was referred to Cricket from my daughter. First time visit. Cricket exceeded my expectation and I’m very picky. She made sure to give me exactly what I wanted. I was very pleased. Angel did a perfect job on my brow wax and Howard did well on my pedicure. He gives the best foot and leg massage! A little pricey but worth it for a special occasion. The owner as well as other techs checked in with me several times while I received my services. I will be going back!

Update after the owners replied: the technician did NOT tell me the price beforehand but I also didn’t ask so that is on me, but $30 as they stated for a silver line design is absurd.
Before today, I haven’t been to this location since December 2020 after a poor experience but I really wanted to treat myself and this salon was on my way home. I wanted a specialty manicure and full set. I was given the basic manicure so that was just a miscommunication but it worked out because I would have been incredibly upset with the price. I paid $90 for these nails- $80 for the nails and $10 for the manicure and just can’t help but feel ripped off and super upset I decided to treat myself here. This is not an $80 full set but I did receive a $10 manicure.

Not my best pictures, y'all, but I almost forgot to take them at all. This place was decent but the service could be better. I think honestly the only thing that bothered me(it's never bothered me before) the nail tech and the lady in charge were hovering over me and speaking in their language looking down at me and laughing. I try not to take things personally, but this felt deliberate. I was a tad uncomfortable. That and also I was shorted on my massage. I got the 10 extra minutes, and they gave me like 3-4 minutes. It's just a reminder to stick to what I know and just wait to be seen elsewhere. Prices are going up slowly, but surely, and yes, they do charge extra if you don't pay in cash.

Okay experience. Polite receptionist, prices explained upfront.
My nail techs were professional and well meaning. They did okay work. I was relaxed and atmosphere is nice.
I didn't get exactly what I wanted, my tech got the shape and color wrong. She also hurried a bit through my nails, didn't clean them up well. Probably won't return.

Me and my daughter recently relocated from River Oaks area and have been trying out different salons. We have not had a good experience. On yesterday my daughter went to a nail shop and showed them a pic of a simple style she wanted and they failed horribly, today we came into Atlantis and showed them the style my daughter wanted and they took her in ASAP. They removed the horrible set she got on yesterday and replaced them with this beautiful set. This is the fourth time we've came here and they are always so welcoming, with drinks, hospitality and there is never a wait. We always get the look and service we ask for ! Theeee best in the area !

What she wanted vs what she got yesterday vs what Atlantis fixed today. My daughter is very satisfied.

Recently visited Atlantis Nail Bar for a manicure & pedicure and had a great experience from start to finish. Very inviting! Incredibly friendly and professional staff!

My nail technician, Be, is very skilled and meticulous with her work. She took the time to understand and give me exactly what I wanted!

I would highly recommend Atlantis Nail bar to anyone looking for a relaxing and pampering nail care experience. Will definitely be returning!!

I've been coming here for years and always have a nice time with their friendly staff who pay close attention to detail and customer service. This past weekend I had the pleasure of getting a pedicure with Howard. It was my first time and won't be the last. He is great with everything and stands out with his massages. He is very attentive and customer focused. I have a bit of a hearing issue and once I explained this he adapted to make my experience even better.
