Mary does an absolute wonderful job on dip I’ve never had dip where it felt like it was just polish because it felt so natural and not thick. Her work is flawless. I will definitely be back. She has a forever customer in me. I get my nails done every two weeks and never like them this much.

Nails are pretty. the sweet young lady that did them took her time and did a good job. I did a gel polish on my real nails. I would of given 5 stars BUT the first package of tools she sat down with did not have the water indicator changed showing it was sterilized and when I looked at one of the instruments, it was full of old cuticle tissue? I pointed it out and she went and found another one. it had some water still in package but I do not think it was from the sterilizer machine but from when it was placed in the sterilize bag since the bag again had no indicator change letting me know it was't sterilized properly. Due to this I will not go back. I will not risk getting a fungus just because the woman did a good job and was nice. And I use to work in the operating room so I was trained to read these packages so I do know what I am talking about. just because they are in the package, doesn't not mean they were sterilized properly.

UPDATE: Manager sent me a 1142pm last night to tell me they were sorry to hear I had a bad experience and attempted to make it right. Though I am not going to come back in due to what occured during my nail appt nut now also due to the fact my time was not considered when they sent that text WAY past 8pm! I hope due to my reply and update here, the manager thinks twice about texting and not paying attention to the time it is. Also either sterilize the packages or stop using the packages giving false advertising that you do in fact sterilize your instruments. thanks

I am new to the area & today was my first time at this salon. Kelly was fantastic, very gentle, didn't make me feel like I needed to engage in a lot of meaningless chit chat and did exactly what I needed her to do with my nails. The salon is clean and a pleasant environment.
