I've been going to Bliss for a long time and can't imagine going anywhere else. I've specifically been seeing Ben for years and he never fails me! He does amazing work and has become a friend who I always enjoy seeing!

Ben did such an amazing job on my nails! I was able to set up an appointment with him and did not have to wait when I got there. He is super detailed and the funniest person! I loved the way my nails came out!

This is my third visit. My first 2 were with Lauren, which does a great job, and it seems to be fairly priced. This time, her schedule was full, and I couldn't wait another weekend, so I was scheduled with Ben, which I was also recommended. I asked for a full set, which would require he remove my old nails. He did not talk to me much other than to ask who made my nails before, what shape and design I wanted, but had a full-on conversation with the tech and customer right next to us. I asked for almond short nails since I work a lot with my hands. He did a good job at being detailed with nail polish, but he DID NOT SOAK MY NAILS for the removal. He used a tip, and with that, he removed all my nails after using the drill to thin them out. This method of removal is wrong and not professional. He hurt my natural nails, and I assume he charged me for the removal since I paid 75$. Lauren has made my nails longer, with more detailed designed and I have paid 65$. The problem is not the 75$, is the nail design, length, and removal does not equal 75$ I was charged. I will make sure to try other tech if Lauren is not available and guess remove myself my old nails when I want a fresh new set, even though that is their job, since someone who knows nothing about nails shouldn't have to remove their own old nails so they are not charged 15$ to do so at the salon.

First time here was told by a friend to check it out. I had Tai as my nail tech and OMG let me tell you amazing work and amazing talent. I love my nails and feel like a normal gay again.

The nail tech was very sweet, we talked the entirety of the appointment. However, when I got home I realized that underneath the nail there was still a good amount of acrylic. And the side of the nail appeared the be filed in some areas but still had the rough texture. I wish I had noticed it earlier before I left. I tried calling to see if I could come in and get it fixed but I got a busy line a few times.

Ben is amazing!! After the nail salon I had gone to for years shut down I had to find a new place to go. I came here and I was amazed. Ben is so talented and can do any design or style you want! I will for sure be coming back and recommending him to others!

This is my main nail place I go to every time I need my nails done. Everyone here does such an amazing job and I walk out every single time always obsessed with my nails. It’s a vibe and a great environment to be in I absolutely love this place. I come from Lansing every time to get my nails done here. You can bring in a picture off the internet of what you want and they can re-create exactly that for you.
