I had an AMAZING experience at this nail salon! They went above and beyond with their customer service and my nail tech, Han, Was very precise with her work and did my nails absolutely perfectly and made sure everything was in pristine condition. I got white square acrylic iridescent nails & I am absolutely obsessed with them!!! She was so patient and made sure I found the color that I loved before proceeding with a topcoat. Make sure to check salon out !!

saw Emma for gel-X and she was amazing! super sweet and so quick. Was out the door in 45 minutes which is insane for a Gel X removal and new set! love my nails and will definitely be back to see her

Jon is my go-to guy at Castle Nails. He has so much patience and is a hard worker. He always asks about my daughter too which I think is so nice. This nail salon makes you feel like family when you walk through the door. The manager is so amazing, friendly and professional. He hires truly good people to work for him.

Asked for a full acrylic set with two
Caviar nails one on each hand and a square shaped pedicure with an acrylic overlay on each big toe as you can see a few of the things I asked were are not done have never had a nail salon tell me I can’t get an acrylic overlay on my toes and against my better judgment I still let them proceed with the service. After I was done they still tried to charge me 170 after not doing several things I asked, the nail tech who worked on mine and my sister pedicures made homophobic jokes that made me uncomfortable during my service. Professionalism, quality of work and customer service all are below satisfactory. I will not be returning one week later my pedi is already chipped and several nails are lifting on my hands. Absolutely awful.

Great customer service! Clean work ! I got SNS service. They are my natural nails and did not add any tips. They do offer beverages if you desire to have them and it’s included in the price.

I tried this place out because they had a new customer special. I was blown away with the service. I was nervous because I am very particular about my nails. The woman at the check in desk assured me that she would put me with a great nail technician. SHE SURE DID!!!! JOHN SLAM DUNKED THIS FULL SET! It’s been three weeks now. No lifting, not one broken nail, NOTHING! This place is 40 mins away from my house and I WILL BE DRIVING back this week for my refill! Thank you John for your patience and attention to detail! I forgot the gentleman who did my pedicures name but he was so sweet and did an awesome job as well ?
