They were both super gentle and understood what I wanted. Cindy shaped up da nails n frenched da right hand sadly she had to leave so Lucas covered her n did da flowers n frenched my left hand. However, I had to remove a star because of how expensive it was, but I loved their service such talented nail techs. I was charged $104. Will definitely come back to get my nails done by them. ?

I wanted to try this place since its in the neighborhood. It was okay. Feet were done okay. My hands were done too fast. No push back of the cuticles or much maintenance as you can see in the photo. I want the service i paid for and i did not pay for half as* work that's for sure. My tech Emily is very nice, she just needs to slow down and make sure she is painting customers nails well. Its nice to be fast but its better to do great work. You will keep customers coming back.

I am not sure if i will try this place again. I usually go to yonkers to a more relaxed placed were customers or techs are not on their phones having full conversations while you are trying to relax.

1st things 1st, I question the cleanliness of this salon. This is my 2nd time going to this salon and each time, Michael was my technician. The first time, Michael took his time and my nails looked beautiful but all of his tools looked overly used. & when he cuts cuticles, he sprays it with alcohol then shoves it into a cap .. that can’t be sanitary. Reluctantly, I went back for a fill in and Michael rushed me the entire time. He rushed through my nails, they were different lengths, shapes and thickness. I had to tell Michael to re-file the misshapen nails and he was clearly frustrated. Then he just picked up any old polish and tried to paint my nails without me picking a color I wanted. I wanted a neutral color and even though Michael insisted they had the colors from the nail color wheel, they actually had a limited supply and I ended up choosing a color I don’t really like, so long as it was close to what I wanted. Then as my nails were drying, the same tool Michael used to cut my cuticle, he used it to remove a splinter from the palm of his hand. It was a terrible, dirty experience for so much money. Michael doesn’t wear gloves, he doesn’t wash his hands, his tools are not at all washed. It just worries me. Not only do they charge you for the fill in, they also charge $5 to shape / $5 to cut down even a slither & $5 to color. Yes the nails may look nice from far but I’m not going back, I’m worried I’ll catch fungus. Please avoid.

Every visit is a new experience Love my nail tech Peter he always does a fantastic job!!! my pedicurist is Kevin they make coming to the Concourse nail Bar a pleasurable one My Granddaughter likes the way Peter does her nails also!!!

My 1st time coming here, and I had Amy as my tech she did an amazing job with my nails, and i loved the complimentary drink. It wasn't offered, but closed mouths don't get fed! I would definitely return!

This place is a must!!!! I've been coming here again and again for months now. Ask for Eric he is the very best! He takes his time with his work and makes sure that you're comfortable and happy with your service. Everyone is friendly overall. Clean facility as well! Trust me you won't regret it! Eric please keep up the awesome work. Give him a raise please! I'll be coming back for more.

I'm very satisfied. Peter did an amazing job on my nails. I got a natural gel build with an almond shape and design. The prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be going back again.
