I absolutely recommend this place. Being able to book an appointment is a huge plus for me. I hate waiting for a spot to open up. Anyway, this was my second time getting my nails done in the last 10 years. Nicky was very thorough and gentle. They look sooo good & were reasonably priced for Gel X ($85) considering they took 1.5 hours

I’ve been coming here for a few months, consistently. I had been waiting to leave a review because after the first time there’s been things I don’t like. My nails chip every time I leave, whether that’s regular polish, gel polish, or the acrylic itself. Which, I can deal with tbh because I liked the salon, the flexibility, and the tech. They have a 7-10 day grace period but I travel for work so that’s not ideal, but again, I can and was willing to deal.

However, the last 2 times I’ve come I’ve had to wait 15+ minutes after my appointment time. Last time, it was like 20/25 as I had started looking up nearby salons. I came today bc I have friends visiting this weekend and will be taking a day trip tomorrow. I was on time for my appointment, but was rushed out of the seat due to an appointment after me. Who arrived 20 minutes late. I just feel like, do they rush anyone before me because I’ve waited twice now? Not to mention, my nails are not done at all so my only option is to come back tomorrow OR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I’ll be doing the latter. I’ve been here since 12:27 and it is 2:53, and I don’t have my nails done. WHO EVEN FEELS LIKE GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE! My gawd. I am so upset.

Not okay. I more than likely will not be back. It was fun while it lasted. I gave 3 stars because of the champagne, the guy that did my pedicure today, and distance to/from my house. They cost too much for this type of mess tbh, needing a fill every 10-12 days is W I L D !!

This is the best neighborhood nail salon hands down! They do a great job with my natural nails keeping them healthy and at length. Recently had my nails done for Halloween and they look wonderful!

Me, my family and friends love going here for manicures, pedicures and eyebrow threading! It is a real treat every time. Love the massage chairs and awesome people who work here! My 12 year old daughter just got her fingernails and toenails done for a special event. She tends to bite her nails but now they look so pretty she's been able to stop herself. We will be back soon. Appointments fill up quickly so I recommend booking a few weeks ahead!

I loved their work here. If you're looking for a cheap place chop shop to go this is not the place but if you're looking for quality, cleanliness and being taken care if by the staff this is definitely the place to go to. They are definitely on the higher end of services but their work and customer service is wondering. My mom and I would go to a place a couple blocks from here and would make her bleed every single time. Today we went in for a pedicure and she said she has never felt welcomed and more taken care of. I know sometime people may not want to pay a higher price for something they can get cheaper everywhere else but honestly this place is very worth it. They do my appointments mainly and some walk ins depending on their availability but u would definitely make an appointment.
