I have been following Cindy for years. She’s truly the best. I love that she has incorporated a family dynamic in her salon as well. Her husband Manny gives the best pedicures, her children are the sweetest. It’s frustrating for me to see some customers not have patience with the language barrier. They all are learning the language slowly but surely and are working hard! Get to know this family like I have, you will love them too, I promise. I love this salon and am a forever and loyal customer!

First time in. Staff spoke really no English. Manicurist didn’t ask me what nail shape. He asked if I wanted them cut and I said yes but after cutting proceeded to file them Wayyyy shorter. So I left with very short round nails, not what I had before (he could see current shape) or wanted. ?

I have tried many different nail salons in Lake country. I frequently get my nails done. Every other week or so. Cindy is the best at pedicures, dip or gel. She is great. I never leave that place feeling like my nails are too thick, not the same length, and they last forever.
You should give it a try! ❤️

They are always so nice, quick to get us in when we need it. From simple manicure to adding tips on my daughters nails. Very frustrating when you get a young guy that is inexperienced and the service takes twice as long. It appeared that he was asking another woman for help when he was attempting to do a french manicure and she just scolded him in another language. I could tell he was very frustrated. Come on get it together over there!

Big disappointment!
Elegant Nails is nothing like it was 5 years ago. This management has run this business so poorly. Once a clean and thriving, professional nail salon is now reduced to a filthy salon with only one tech on the floor 2-3 days/wk. I asked for a gel manicure with one nail repair. She was rude and rushing my appointment and ended up just using superglue to repair my nail. Needless to say the repair lasted one day and polish already chipping off. I returned but once she realized it was a return visit she didn’t have the time. Not worth going back. Save yourself the frustration and enjoy a relaxing manicure elsewhere.
