My daughter has just had a very bad experience at Eman. The technician was rude, abrupt and made her feel uncomfortable. She has also done a terrible job on her nails. The nails are all different lengths and the gel is very messy with splodges all over the cuticle. Avoid at all costs!!

Booked online 3 days in advance. 3 hours before my appointment I get a call to see if I can make my appointment later. They require 24 hours notice from customers however acceptable to move customers at very short notice. This was not suitable for me and therefore have had my appointment cancelled by them .

I recently had the pleasure of visiting, I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by their friendly and professional staff who made me feel welcome and comfortable.

The ambiance of the nail bar was elegant and sophisticated, with a touch of Alice in Wonderland theme. The salon was immaculate, showcasing their dedication to cleanliness and hygiene. The comfortable seating and calming atmosphere provided the perfect setting for a relaxing nail treatment.

The nail technicians were true artists in their craft. They took the time to listen to my preferences and offered expert advice on the best nail designs and colours that would suit me. Their attention to detail and precision in their work was evident in the flawless and long-lasting results.

What impressed me the most was the wide range of services offered from classic manicure, trendy nail art design, or a rejuvenating pedicure, they have it all. Their extensive selection of high-quality nail polishes and products ensured that I had plenty of options to choose from.

Another highlight of my visit was the exceptional customer service I received. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a wonderful experience. They were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, making sure that I was satisfied with every aspect of my treatment.

Maddie did my gel pedicure today and I cannot stop looking at my feet… she’s done a fabulous job and I can’t wait for her to do my nails next! She’s very professional, easy to talk to and listens… definitely recommend! ?

It's a real shame the experience I had. I turned up for my appointment, and somebody else turned up at the same time whose booking hadn't gone through properly. However, they prioritised her over me, which was wrong. They took my colour off my nails, said they would be 5 minutes. I was left sitting there for an HOUR! I very nearly walked out, but was persuaded to stay. It took them overall two hours to do infills and gel overlay, which is way too long. The tools have also cut down one of my nails and it's extremely sore. When I get my nails done, I like a good experience and this was terrible. They were apologetic, but I was not a happy bunny in the slightest.

The owner was really rude, very abrupt.

I had booked two pedicures which when I arrived I was told these were just file and paint. Yes, the website does say, pedicure file and paint however there was no pedicure element to it? I questioned this and they were very rude but was able to change one of the appointments. Why advertise a pedicure if there’s no pedicure element to it?

There was no massage included for either treatment considering I had now “upgraded” to one full pedicure and the other pedicure file and paint.

For the hour slot. She spent 40 minutes walking around, cleaning and doing other things other than actually attending to the treatment. There were also no offerings for a refreshment while we were here and where as last time we were offered drinks. Apart from washing the feet, there were no other differences with either pedicure.

I was told repeatedly “next time book correctly” I can assure you after this experience there won’t be a next time.

If you would like to be judged, spoken to rudely and waste your money on unfulfilled treatments then this is the place for you.

Glory did a fantastic job with my nails and especially my toenails. She shaped and painted them perfectly and even gave me advice on how I should be looking after them. Very pleased with my holiday nails! Can't wait to go back!
