I have finally found my nail salon since moving to Miami!!!! AMAZING experience! The vibe of the salon is so cute and modern. I came in for a full set and wanted designs, I hadn’t booked for designs but she was quick to accommodate. I’m very particular about shape and the little details.. let me just say my nails look literally perfect. I had tried 3 other salons and all were a fail lol I’m so obsessed with my nails and even happier to have found my go to salon! The talent is truly unmatched ?

The staff is friendly and inviting but my issue is actually mostly about the outcome of my service. The first thing I couldn't wrap my head around was being charged for regular polish, $10! I asked for liquid hard gel and they only had clear, I've been using rose, so I told her, no worries just cover it with polish since it won't match not being informed of the additional charge. But that's whatever. 3 days after my service I lost a nail and day 5 another! It may usually only happen after 4-5 weeks after service with my regular tech. I don't live in the area and I don't have the time to go back for repair but this is ridiculous that after spending $121 my nails, they haven't made it a week and I'll have to spend more money to get them done properly.

This was my first time visiting this salon after a recommendation from a friend and I was blown away. Fernanda and the other girlies made me feel so comfortable, constantly checking on if I liked my nail color, if I was in pain, if i wanted coffee. Honestly probably the best nail salon experience i’ve had whilst living in Miami. The salon is small and intimate which allows them to put a lot of focus and effort into the clients they’re attending. I will definitely be returning and will be recommending them to others in the future.

I recently had an unpleasant experience with a manicurist named Fernanda that left me disappointed and frustrated. During my appointment, I took a phone call, which I made sure to handle in a way that wouldn't interfere with the manicure—I didn't even use my hands to hold the phone. Despite my efforts, I accidentally moved my hands a few times while she was working on my nails.

I understand that it can be frustrating when a client unintentionally disrupts your work, and I acknowledged this by verbally apologizing. However, Fernanda’s reaction was far from professional. Throughout the session, she kept rolling her eyes and audibly huffing and puffing, clearly showing her annoyance. Even after I apologized, she responded with attitude rather than understanding.

In customer service, maintaining composure is key, even in frustrating situations. Fernanda’s behavior was not only unprofessional but also made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. A little patience and grace could have turned this experience around, but unfortunately, it left a negative impression instead. She also rubbed oil all over my hands instead of only my cuticles. In all the years that I’ve gotten my nails done, nobody rubs oil all over my hands. Never again will I be coming back.

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. The owners are amazing women.I literally had the best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had in my entire life. The salon is warm and comfortable. I’ve never left a review for a salon before but I had to leave a review for Epoch. These women are true artist.

Fossils For All

I had an amazing experience at Epoch. Honestly just walking in I was greeted right away and instantly what I wanted was happening. I keep getting compliments on my nails and I feel so confident now. Can't wait to come back!!!
