Hands down the best way to get quality color at home. Easy instructions, two bottles for roots and ends, and tools to feel like a pro.
I have very long hair and have always been scared to do it myself.
I got it as a wedding party gift and loved it! I just ordered it again.

Cannot recommend eSalon enough. I had been paying over $200 to dye my hair every 6 weeks and did some online research and came across eSalon.
I provided photos and that my hair was currently dyed already. The first round I received and dyed at home was a little more dark blonde than I wanted, but after signing up for the subscription, I simply submitted feedback asking for some more copper to be added to my formula.
The second round of formula I received was LITERALLY PERFECT ? even better than what I was getting done at the salon I was going to. So happy and such an affordable price.
The instructions are super clear and easy (I had never dyed my hair at home before). Can’t sing their praises enough!

Great place for hair color and online ordering they also have online products that you shouldn’t miss I would recommend also for first time here check out Groupon you can’t go wrong !!!! At the new launch party we do hear from the stylists and the die hard colorists that the industry is changing and getting the word out is fine but I would recommend getting involved with fashion and music shows where the stars are going to you for their nature color products made especially for them and that’s what makes them feel special and you are special !! Just a thought!

I hadn't colored my hair in over 10 years!!! I was really considering leaving it alone and just plucking the gray hairs that would randomly show up. I had heard about eSalon for a while, but still was indecisive. Finally, I decided to try it and I LOVE LOVE LOVE my customized hair color!! It is exactly what I was asking for. I was skeptical as first, but OMGeeee! It is perfect! A darker brown with a touch of mahogany. It's not drastic, but certainly gorgeous, noticeably lustrous, and it's EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED! The instructions were specifically for my hair type and were very easy to understand and follow. My hair is curly and short (to my shoulders), AND I have a lot! The one bottle they sent me was more than enough! I had a lot left over. And the price is amazing; you cannot beat that!! Thank you eSalon for my beautiful hair color! I absolutely LOVE IT!!!

I was a loyal customer for more than 10 years. Then I had a problem with my order. The order indicates as delivered, but I did not receive it. This was initially a USPS issue, but there is no way to file a complaint with them so I emailed eSalon. No response. I chatted eSalon. All they could do was issue a replacement (I've already purchased and used color from another company). I emailed again. No response. I called and finally reached an employee who said they couldn't issue a refund, they could only mail me a check (this is 2022, not 1992). I reminded them that I didn't receive the last thing they mailed. The person just continued to repeat that a check can be mailed. I asked for a supervisor and was told that someone could call me tomorrow. I again asked for a supervisor and was told they "just went home". Right. After almost 15 minutes on the phone, I finally lost my temper. The "customer service" agent then hung up on me. You just lost a long term customer, eSalon. How about your train and empower your employees.

I've been using eSalon for a few months now and I have to say...I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! Not only has the color been exactly what I was looking for, but I do it myself...in the comfort of my own home...at my leisure...at a fraction of the cost of a salon visit! I was a little nervous at first, but the step-by-step directions were very easy to follow and now, I'm a champ! ...I've even added some beautiful highlights! I've been using eSalon since they launched, or thereabouts...I used to pay well over 100$ to single process my hair, and I thought, shoot, I can do that myself! The drugstore colors were always fine, but a little dull, and didn't seem as natural. Also the chemical smell was overwhelming. When I first tried eSalon's custom color, I was so happy with the ease and the results. Even my hairstylists that cut my hair comment on how beautiful the color is. I just tried the highlights for the first time and I loved it! It's simple, subtle and gorgeous. Thank you for the support and high quality!!

The Esalon color was okay. I ordered the introductory product at $15. When I provided feedback about my color, I didn't realize that I was authorizing the next order.
This great price was the entry to a subscription at $33 per order.
I called Esalon after I received an email regarding my next order. No price is provided.
I immediately called Esalon to verify that this was a subscription. I said I wanted to cancel
my participation.
Beware of this program. Why can't a company just tell you up front that it's a subscription at doubled the price?
