I had one great experience with Essential and one meh experience. The first time I went I saw Rosa and if I had only worked with her I would give 1000 stars. She did such an amazing job. She was very thorough and easy to talk with I was excited to go back! We even discussed me bringing my wedding party to the salon as a party to prep for the wedding so I was ecstatic! But then when I scheduled a fill she was unavailable so I went with a different person and I didn't love my experience. It has me questioning if I want to go back as I am unable to see the girl I liked Rosa for at least 4+ weeks. The second person I met with did a good job with the fill portion but the polish, in my opinion horrendous. I was there for almost two hours and somehow still felt like she was rushing the whole time. It was sloppy and looked like I did it myself with my non-dominant hand. She didn't talk much and when she did it was just awkward. She never gave me the chance or option to tell her the nail design I wanted and just went in with the solid color I chose. I asked if she would do chrome on them and she straight up said no and didnt say a word after that. Long story short give Essential a try but make sure you get Rosa.

I have officially changed my review from a 3 start to a 1 star. I left the original review after a not so great nail appointment and when I went back to Rosa a few weeks later the second I sat down in my chair the owner Brenda came over and gas lit me for my review. She tried to tell me that I didn't mesh with the other girl because she is pregnant. Then she told me it was my fault because of the color I chose. Then she told me the girls there go to school and come to her with zero experience, but in my opinion if I am getting my nails done by someone with zero experience then I should not be paying full price. Lastly, she told me she would have fixed my nails from that bad appointment but I had already written the review so it was too late for her to fix anything. I am beyond disappointed in the route that the owner decided to take and will never set foot in that salon again.

I set my appointment over the phone with a different location but drove over to this location thinking that was where I booked. Brenda the owner was so sweet and was able to get me in the next day before I left for my trip. I have never been a nail person because I never knew how to ask for what I want. I didn't need to know the terminology just explained what I liked and she was on it. I will for sure be back. So happy I walked into the wrong location. How cute are these nails! ?

This was my first visit here and I got my nails done by Hannah and they turned out great! She is amazing! Took care of my nails and hands, let me know what she was doing every step of the way and made me feel at home. This place is so welcoming and uplifting. Will be the only place I go for all my nail care needs. Can't wait to go back!!

I had some serious cracking heal issues. The nail tech, Hannah, at Essential Nail Garden, told me about Brenda's credentials and suggested I book with her to address my cracked heals. Brenda was a lifesaver for me. It's been one year and, by following her regimen of caring for my heals, I have not had any further issues. Hannah, now maintains my heal care, as well as making my nails beautiful. THANK YOU, team! Highly recommended. Clean salon. Pleasant personnel. Great pricing and wonderful care!

I started going to the nail garden over the summer just a few months before my wedding. I was struggling to find a good nail tech in the area and decided to make an appointment here, I am so glad I did! Friendly staff, clean work stations and sooo many colors!
Brenda scheduled all of my appointments leading up to the wedding to ensure we had my nails prepped and healthy for the big day (the previous salon I went to damaged the nail bed).
