Lovely place! Clean and bright! Staff was professional and very friendly. I got a full set acrylic manicure. I also asked for a design. The lady that did my nails didn’t complain about doing a design and did a very nice job cleaning up my nails. Other places I’ve been to leave a lot of glue and residue on my fingers and under my nails. I left Gloss with PERFECT nails! I have gotten so many compliments on them and people asking me where I got them done. I will definitely be recommending Gloss and sending people there from now on.

I am very happy with how my nails turned out. I am in LOVE with them. Not only did my nails turn out great, but the whole staff was so nice and welcoming. They were very patient with me as I decided the specific colors I wanted, and were also so gentle when working on my nails. I usually leave other nail solans with my fingers sore from the poking and prodding they do on my fingers, but my nails feel amazing. My nail tech was just amazing. She did exactly what I wanted and did an amazing job at that. I look forward to coming back to this salon.

Clean and friendly atmosphere. Quality work, you get what you pay for! My nails are not too thick, not sticking to my skin, very clean! I will not ever go anywhere else!

Had a great experience it was my first time going all alone to a nail salon so I was very nervous! But the staff was friendly and kind the nail tech even helped me pick different colors that would help me get the style I wanted to pop more and I’m thankful for that! I also have a hard time hearing so it was nice to go somewhere where it wasn’t too loud but not dead silent. Definitely recommend going here!

Came in and the place was very busy. I was greeted right away though and still sat down about 6 minutes max after my appointment time (which with how busy it was was amazing). I can't remember who helped me, but she did an amazing job and I really appreciated how much of my input she asked for. It was just above an beyond what I normally experience. Definitely going to be a repeat customer!

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I pointed out the smudged polish all over my two toes I noticed at the time & all they did was polish over the smudge & say “now stay there for 20 minutes”. She never cleaned off the polish or rechecked. When I got home I noticed how bad all of them were. I have a bad arm & seriously could have done it better myself. They were very busy so I’m thinking they must normally do a good job, but they did a horrible job for me.
