I recently visited this nail salon and had an overall disappointing experience. I requested long acrylic nails, but unfortunately, they broke off within just two weeks. This was quite frustrating, as I expected them to last much longer.

The customer service was also below par. The male worker was particularly rude. When I politely asked him to change the color of the acrylic, he threw my hand aside and his demeanor was unprofessional. Additionally, he struggled to understand my requests, which added to the frustration.

On a positive note, the female worker who assisted me at another point was quite good and provided satisfactory service.

Overall, I was unhappy with my experience and would not recommend this salon based on the poor quality of the acrylics and the unprofessional behavior of the male worker.

Been coming to Lee for about two months now. I have tried so many salons and after a few days the BIAB just peels right off. Here it stays put and I come in for infill and reshape alongside whatever nail art ideas I bring him to recreate! My nails have never lasted so long, and I haven’t been careful I’ve been gardening, cleaning etc. normally I won’t do anything and they still peel.

Today I came in with a more detailed one than usual and he blew it out the park.

I just left this place and I am genuinely so upset. It’s a shame too as I had great expectations looking at other peoples reviews. Had a good set of get toes done by the lady but once Lee sat me down it all went downhill from there. He seemed to develop an attitude when I mentioned that I didn’t want the mechanical file on my nails as it weakens them. I have been growing my nails and working hard to strengthen them over the last few months for context. So he went straight in with the polish and when I questioned the lack of cuticle work he went in hard and eventually cut me. At this point he just pulled my hand to continue despite the fact that my finger was visibly bleeding. I’m so upset and I decided at this point to just leave. Paid for my gel toes and that was it. Still fuming because I really wanted to get my nails done for an upcoming holiday and now my mood is ruined.
