This was the most beautiful my nails have ever looked! Jen absolutely nailed the exact color and style I was looking for—she went above and beyond my expectations. She was so friendly, receptive to my ideas, and incredibly efficient. The whole experience was perfect, and I couldn’t be happier. This is officially the only place I’ll go for nails from now on! Highly recommend!

I had an awful experience at JENNPAINTT NAIL LOUNGE. I booked an appointment for an express pedicure and manicure. When I arrived, I was directed to the pedicure chair and informed the technician that I had gel on my nails and needed aluminum foil applied while I received my pedicure. Unfortunately, the technician didn’t speak English, and it took three staff members and five minutes just to explain that both services would be done at the same time.

Once the pedicure began, I noticed it was rushed. When the nail technician finally came to work on my nails, she wanted to use a machine to remove the gel, but I declined and asked for the aluminum foil and alcohol pads instead. She complied, but with visible frustration and attitude.

To make things worse, the pedicure was done poorly (photos attached). On top of that, the color being applied to my toes wasn’t the red I wanted, t was a cherry pink. When I asked to change it, the technician refused, stating she was already on the third coat. She hadn’t even confirmed the color with me beforehand. Every salon I’ve been to confirms the color on one toe before applying it to the rest. Now she was refusing to fix it.

After I insisted again, the technician told me it would cost $10 to remove the current color and apply another one. I was shocked, considering I was already getting my toes done. I pointed out that removing gel costs $5 in total, yet they wanted to charge $10 to remove a color they had just applied? They confirmed this with more frustration, speaking to me in a foreign language. The entire staff started speaking in their language, pointing at me, and showing clear signs of annoyance.

Then, the nail technician disappeared without any explanation, leaving me waiting for 20 minutes until a male technician with long nails and rough hands came over to finish my manicure. The work was so poorly done that I didn’t even let him finish applying polish to my finger nails. I stood up and headed to the reception desk. The pedicure technician never returned either. She moved on to work on a child’s pedicure and left me completely unattended, without spraying my toes or helping me put on my shoes.

This experience was a complete disaster. No one received a tip. The way I was treated has led to this negative review and will cost them my future business. I will never return, won’t recommend this place, and plan to share my experience widely. I have photos, receipts, and email confirmations to prove that I was there and subjected to this unacceptable service.

I had a walk-in appointment. Luckily I didn’t wait for long, and they were able to get my appointment started swiftly.

Mia the nail tech did my nails, and it turned out to be amazing! She was very patient and detailed with her work.

This place was so amazing! I really loved it here and it was definitely worth the visit. Check it out when you’re ever in the area. They have the best customer service. So far the best experience I’ve had in a salon. They were so kind and so professional. I highly recommend coming here, if you’re looking for a place that can do it all. If I am ever back in the area, I will be stopping by again.

I originally booked an express pedicure because it was first time there and I wanted to try them out first. The woman convinced me to get a gel pedicure instead and said it will look nicer and last longer so I agreed. And she was rushing, too heavy handed with the filing and the scrubbing. My feet kept sliding off the foot board and it was really uncomfortable having to hold my legs up the whole time. Then as she's putting the dryer on my feet, it's just sitting on top of my toes that she just painted, and it messed up the color. So at the end I'm noticing smudges and colors on my skin and the sides of my nails and I had to ask her to fix it 3 different times. Then as I'm checking out the woman at the front desk was talking over me and just trying to get me to hurry up and get out. I don't understand the reason behind pushing for me to go from an express pedicure to a signature pedicure with gel, just to rush and do a poor job. I should have just did the express pedicure and left it at that. I'm so disappointed because they have been on my wishlist for awhile but the experience was so poor that I won't be going back again. Also my skin got cut below my toe nail and has been bleeding.

THEY DO NOT USE REAL GEL-X NAILS. Their off brand nails are super thin and cheap. By the next day, one nail had snapped off and 4 bent when I was putting pants on. Not just the next day, but the next morning. I had them on for less than 24 hours. I’ve been getting Gel-X done for years and never had anything like this happen. I asked for a refund, but all they’d give me is a discount on the next visit. Why would I return to a place that charged me $120 ($150 w tip) for nails that did this the next day?
