So so so pleased with the outcome of my nails and lashes! I was especially impressed with the results of the lash lift and tint, honestly some of the best results I’ve ever gotten! Nanor is so skilled and she was super helpful and informative throughout the whole process. She suggested which options would be best for me and knew exactly what style I was after. Will definitely be coming back!!

As someone who’s extremely picky, a perfectionist and an avid nail gal for over 10 years (where I’ve only found 1-2 salons who meet my expectations) I cannot recommend Jet Nail Bar enough.

I had my nails done for my wedding day by the lovely Barbara, and I could not be happier! She is so lovely and kind and made me feel so special and cared for. She’s a highly experienced professional, gorgeous nail art and does very neat work. She talked me through all the options and was very patient. I had the loveliest experience and highly recommend Barbara! ?

Worst service

First of all, I don't ever write reviews, however good or bad a service I receive, since I believe everyone can have a bad day and I have worked many years in customer service roles myself.

The big difference in this instance is, that my natural nails were actually so badly damaged by the 'Specialist' / owner of the salon, that it will take months to grow out. As can be seen on my pictures, for whatever reason, she used the drill to, I assume smooth out the Bio Sculpture gel that she applied. Well, I am not a certified nail technician, but I can very well see and feel that my natural nails have actually been left with deep groves in the nails across both my hands.

I don't believe this was a small mishap that happened on one finger but it happened on ALL of my fingers. Now I am wondering, why in the world did I pay 9$ extra to see the 'specialist' if as a result this is what I get?

Worst of all, the service I received was so bad, that I was wondering if the owner had a bad day or if this is the standard treatment of clients. I have been here previously with another nail technician who was lovely, but I am still in shock about this service.

Very condescending and did not listen when I mentioned that the color was also incorrect, since I wanted a much darker shade. Instead, I was told off for saying something and seemingly 'bothering' her.

I am not sure what is happening with the salon since a lot of people still seem to love their nails, however in my opinion, one of the worst professional services I have ever received.

My regular nail place closed without any warning and I was left with terribly grown out nails and no one else that I trusted to do them. Then I found Jet Nail Bar and I’m not sure what I did in a past life to get so lucky, but thank the Lord I did! I was fortunate enough to get in following a last minute cancellation (as they are usually fairly booked out) and I have to say, the entire experience was nothing like I have ever encountered before. Firstly, as soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Barbara and seated with my treatment then starting right away. I was then told that the salon only takes appointment and upholds these because of how much they value their clients (I had been used to being one of three other girls being worked on simultaneously by the same nail tech, so it was refreshing). I then had an amazing conversation with Barbara who offered me incredible advice and really tailored everything throughout the appointment to ensure my nails were at there best and I understood how to care for them to ensure they remained that way between appointments. To top it off, I walked out with the best gel manicure I’ve had in a long time, with a product applied that will actually nourish my nails and a new and trusted nail salon and technician. I cannot speak highly enough of the service or of Barbara and I am happy to be a new convert to Jet Nail Bar.
