I am so happy to find this nail salon. The nail technicians are amazing, and incredibly knowledgeable about nail care. I love that I can go to Neem and she’ll advise which gel colors, nail shapes, and nail art are suitable for me. I have highly recommended this spot to multiple of my friends, and will continue to do so! I mean just take a look at her work!

Best gel mani!!
I’ve been getting my nails done here since January and i just love it! Very nice and quiet atmosphere, the girls do an amazing job and my nails lasts over a month! Never had a bad experience here. I highly recommend this place

I have never written a review for anything in my life but this manicure was so good I have to.

The nail technician was so precise and detail-oriented. My nails have never looked so good! The color is super fun and shifty! I also felt it was a fun, light, and slightly chatty (in a good way!) environment.

This is my gel manicure after a week! They’ve done an amazing job. They’re really expensive for NYC but it’s really great manicure and the no chips, peeling, etc. I’ll be coming back.

Pepper & Neem are the best! Their entire team is so fun and when you get your nails done they are sooo honest about what designs are possible and all.

Also we have no more cuticles. This is easily the best manicures I’ve ever gotten. Always consistent and I always bring friends along.

This is probably hands down the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. I got a manicure and pedicure with Neem and Pepper, who were so meticulous. They even educated me about what causes ingrown nails, because it turns out that my toe nails were cut the wrong way at a previous salon. I loved our casual conversations as well. I will definitely come back to this salon every time I visit NYC!

I went to JN Nail salon and had an incredibly disappointing experience. After it was recommended by a friend, I found that the nail tech, Pepper, was unfortunately racist against black and brown people. During my appointment, I was perfectly polite and courteous. I made small talk with Pepper and tried to keep the atmosphere friendly and light. However, Pepper's attitude was noticeably cold and distant from the start. Despite my efforts to engage positively, she barely responded and seemed disinterested in providing good service.

The situation escalated after my nails were done. When I followed up with Pepper regarding my service, she completely ghosted me and never responded again. This experience was deeply unsettling and unacceptable. No customer should ever have to endure such treatment.

I will not be returning to this salon and cannot in good conscience recommend it to anyone. This kind of behavior has no place in any business.
