This was such a great experience from start to finish. Everyone working at the salon was so lovely and Tabi did an AMAZING job on my nails. So gentle and thorough throughout the whole process and very talented. I had these nails done as a trial for my wedding and I'm in love!

Got a Manicure & Pedicure done by Freya, and she did such an amazing job. She was so attentive and gentle, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.
I would absolutely recommend her to others who are looking to come here, she was wonderful.
Everyone who worked there were super friendly, and it was just a very safe and welcoming space to be in ?
I will definitely be coming back when I can ❤️

What a beautiful place. The staff were so incredibly sweet- I have a bit of a sensorily hard time getting my nails done and they were so flexible, kind and accomodating. It was just a really positive experience and I LOVE my nails!

So I am visiting from Edinburgh and I came in to do a silk repair which was done by Snow. I then decided to get a new gel mani while I am here because the service and the quality of the service I received was just so good I couldn’t pass! I am so so happy with what Snow provided to me! I don’t get extensions just gel and I loved everything about the salon. ?️‍?. Very good customer's service and quality xxxx

I’ve been seeing Chelsea and the team at Miss Jay’s for close to a decade. An inclusive pink palace in Thornbury, the environment is open and welcoming. The online booking system is a breeze to use and the service is fabulous- no pressure to chat if you don’t want to but also you don’t feel as though you are being rushed in and out.

I’ve had level 1 through to level 4 nail art by a few different technicians and it’s always glorious- simple to elaborate - and they can help you flesh out ideas (or even give you new ones you never could’ve conceived!).

First time getting my nails done and Yuka was an absolute superstar! So much skill and care I was so impressed. Chelsea was super lovely and totally picked me right when suggesting some cat decals ? which I wasn’t planning to get but absolutely love. The chairs were so comfy and fat friendly but I feel if I’d been uncomfortable they would have accomodated me. I’ll definitely be back!

Miss Jay’s nails truly is an inclusive and accomodating space. I have always hated getting my nails done, as it is a sensory nightmare for someone who is neurodivergent. But this business made it possible for me to get the perfect set of nails for my engagement photos.

I will be forever thankful for Nat who was kind-hearted and considerate, ensuring I was comfortable the entire time and taking into account my sensory requirements. She even went above and beyond to take care of me when I had an unexpected medical emergency.

I have had so many compliments on my nails and they made my engagement photos better than I could have ever imagined.

Thank you so much again, I will never go anywhere else but Miss Jay’s nails.
