About 3 weeks ago I walk in to get my nails fix, I went somewhere else and the person who did my nails did a horrible job. Anna was very kind and tried to fix it for me and I really appreciate it. She suggested to remove my nails and star all over again. I never done this before in the last 20 years so it was not an easy process , I set up my appointment. My appointment was on Monday 8-19 at 1:00 pm, I got to the salon on time, she proceeded to put my nails on acetone, she said it will be shortly time, she informed me that she is going to her house to do something but one of the girls will check on me. 25 minutes and I’m seating there, I got a little worried because the acetone start to burn my cuticles, one of the girls stop my and ask me what was going on , I was ask where is Anna she said she will be back and ask her to please finish the job , 45 minutes later when 2 girls tried to finish the job, they have clients at there station and can’t focus on me. Almost and hour later Anna back to the salon and she ask what was going on, I was very upset and ask her to please get one the girls to finish my nails because I just want to leave that please. She charge me $25.00 and hope that money go the girls, I tip the girls separately. Horrible experience, this is the picture of my nails

I absolutely love Nail Bar! Yen Yen is extremely kind, attentive, and talented. She’s very knowledgeable of her craft, and does wonderful job, especially with hand-painted nail art! I highly recommend the salon to anybody and everybody. It is clean and well kept and the owner is super Duper sweet. I go every three weeks to get my dip on my fingernails done and once a month to get a pedicure. They have a customer for life. My own mother fell in love with them after seeing my nails. She sees Lily and is so happy to show me her nails each time she visits. She is so happy with Nail Bar too, and goes on a regular basis.

Nail Services are incredibly difficult to get a genuine reading on, from just reviews alone.

It seems, always, nail salons always have virtually the same ratings. How are the consumers to choose?!

I walked into Chi Nails, and the chemical smell was overwhelming. I had to leave, right away. So I looked up another option, and found the ratings are the same as Nail Bar...

I'm so glad I left the other place and headed to the Nail Bar. It was a real treat! Helpful, friendly staff, who made an effort to accommodate me as a walk-in. Also, it smells great and is super clean. It is modern, and uncluttered.

I'm not sure how to convey how nice a place is, based on the fact that so many nail salons have the same ratings. I would return here next time I am in Reno, without hesitation.

Hidden Gem! I am so glad I found this place! They were super accommodating the first time I walked in even though they were booked up. They also do a great job and the vibes are always top notch and I’ve loved my nails both times I’ve come here!

Nail bar is the best salon in town. Everyone is nice and talented! The salon is clean and well kept. Becky is exceptional! She is super sweet and does amazing nail art. Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed!!

Visiting from out of town and found Nail Bar off of other google reviews! They are so detail oriented and Sam did an amazing job doing a hard gel manicure. The pedicures were so relaxing with exfoliating massages and scrubs. Loved our experience and chatting with the girls during our appointment. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to nail bar since they first opened and have only had amazing experiences! Even after taking a year or two break from getting my nails done, they’ve welcomed me back with open arms. Anne, the owner, is always able to get me in even when I sometimes schedule last minute. I usually keep my nails pretty plain (usually just one color and maybe some chrome on top) but recently went a little out of my comfort zone with my nails for a vacation and Rae did an amazing job!! I tell all of my friends to go to nail bar!
