Worst nail experience I've ever had in years.
I brought a reference photo and wanted the exact length, colour, and style, was quoted 90$.
Nail artist told me 10$ extra for the length even though I'd been quoted 90$

The colour is all off and was applied with EYESHADOW! I wanted a black ombre, it's not even black and it's patchy, it looks like i stuck my hand in mud or ?

The shape is wrong, they're not sharp, there are bits of acrylic stuck under the nail, and there are bumps on the surface.

I could tell the nail artist was nervous and not confident in the style I wanted. She nearly cut me a few times, the shape is wrong, and she pulled my hand and now there is a pain in my arm so I think she managed to pull something! I don't want to get her in trouble, she was nice but clearly should not have been given me as a client due to her skills.

The owner was condescending when I went to pay. I regret not saying something at the time but 90$ for terrible nails is insane.

If you cannot do nails like a reference photo, say so!
Now I will need to pay to get these fixed. Not happy at all.

Went there today at around 6:00. Had bookings with 2 of my other friends. Everything was fine when we were there, only thing is that one of our friends who booked at the same time waited until my nails were done to get serviced. Also asked for matte nails and she made it polish, I had to tell her that it was meant to be Matte. She did it after finishing my friends nails. My friends and I go out to eat and the matte is already peeling off my nails… looks awful. Paid $5 extra for something that didn’t even last an hour. Here’s the photo of what it looks like now, The green nail parts are all meant to be matte

My visit to the nail salon today was delightful. Hannah provided exceptional service, demonstrating attention to detail and a gentle touch throughout. Opting for the SNS French tip and manicure at $60, I found the price reasonable for the quality of service received. The entire staff exuded friendliness, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, my experience was positive, and I would recommend this salon to others seeking professional nail care with a friendly touch.

nail techs were really gentle with my nails and the whole sns tips experience was comfortable!!

if anything, maybe the nail art and shape could be a little cleaner, but the design I chose was pretty difficult to follow so nothing but thanks for the patience of the nail artists and techs

I told her what I want she said ok $55 and then she just done manicure and said done I told her I ask for SNS she said I have to pay $100 for it. And refused to lessen what I ask for and said this look better. And it’s toooo expensive for nothing I can do manicure by myself at home and not pay $55 for it. And it took them an hour for just manicure.

Girls it doesn’t worth the money you pay for it. From my experience I don’t recommend it. In Springvale they do it for $35 only. I come her just because it was close to my work place.

First time here and probably won’t come back. Came with a friend. We wanted a pedicure and to get our nails done together too. My pedicure finished first and my tech wanted to move me to the nails area. I told her that I preferred to wait for my friend to be done so we can do our nails or at least sit together. She wasn’t happy with that and kept insisting that someone else will go before me which I kept replying that that was more than fine. But she seemed really annoyed with me. A few of my nail extensions are a bit longer than the others which I pointed out as well but she kept saying that it couldn’t be any shorter despite several of the others being shorter. So I just left them as is. I didn’t want her to be annoyed with me anymore.

The colour is really nice though.

The worst service ever. The paint is not properly applied, even after applying 4 layers, there are still blind spots all over and can see my actual nail color from the paint. I told them it’s not looking as expected and the paint is breaking, they did not try to understand and finished it off.

Impressed with the quality at this salon. The staff is friendly and professional, and my nails look stunning. The clean and stylish environment enhances the experience. Although it’s a bit pricey, the quality makes it worthwhile.
