Someone recommended the place to me and I agreed to go to so many expectations that I had but what a disappointment. I asked for a pedicure service and they focus more on massages than on actually performing the process, they did not make a cut or clean the nail well or the filing in addition to the application of the nail polish does not cover the entire nail, it was extremely fast to clean the boy who attended me. I won't come back.

Best nail place!!!!! They did an amazing job everyone was so nice and the nail designs were some of the best we’ve ever had.
Get the jelly spa pedicure- Candy did mine and it was the best ever!!!

Walked in to get a full set and was extremely happy with the results! The tech focused on every detail. I showed him a picture, and I honestly think my nails came out better than the picture. If I could give more stars, I would.

I needed my nails done, so I landed at this spot with my significant other. I was hoping that it would be an amazing experience, but I was let down.

I looked over the services that they had to offer. The Manicure options included Hand soak, nail cut + file, cuticle care hand massage with lotion. I went with the Basic Manicure Color. It was $25. The Spa Pedicure options included Foot soak, nail cut + file, cuticle care, callus removal, scrub, lotion leg/ foot massage, hot towel, polish. I went with the Classic. It was $38.

Not too long after waiting, I was guided to sit down for the pedicure. I was stranded with my feet in the water for quite a bit. I tried out the massage on the chair to pass the time, but it was weak and worthless. The pedicure felt a bit rushed and it definitely wasn’t relaxing. I got a clear coat and it turned out nice at least. The quality didn’t seem to match the price of $38.

After the pedicure, I was guided to a different area to sit down at for the manicure. I didn’t care for this service. I wish it was more detailed. A price of $15 would have been a better fit for the quality I received on this one.

The service was spotty. My technician kept leaving me during both of my services to take care of other things, so that was unfortunate for me. I felt that I should have been her priority from start to finish. She did alright when she actually had a groove going, but her focus quickly strayed away.

Overall, this was a convenient spot to get my nails done, but not a good one. My visit fell under average. I won’t go back there.

They did a really phenomenal job with my nails and toes. I have always had extra small nails and usually in a nail salon I’m used to everyone coming and looking at them and it makes me self conscious of what they are saying. That wasn’t the atmosphere here. They took good care of me, and I got a super cute fall/halloween design. Their shop is very modern and updated. I will be back next time.

My bridesmaids and I went to the Nail Box in preparation for my wedding weekend and had THE BEST experience! They even have an area in the salon where we were able to have mimosas and food! I would 100% suggest the Nail Box for any groups, bridal parties, or just girls days! They were fast and super accommodating! Everyone loved their nails and it was the perfect start to my wedding weekend! A huge thank you to the staff! ?

Kinda good experience. Love the place, very clean. Now there price aren't accurate with their website. Website said to be $35 for acrylics fill. They charged me $45 plus $10 for design, so $55. Which it like went above the budget I set for it. So was also asked $10+ for tip, Im already above budget due to their website saying different price, I didn't expect the other $20 so now I can't tip that much either. I went ahead and tipped anyways, now the guy complained for me no tipping more. Are you serious? When this getting upset for not getting the amount of tip you wanted was a thing?

Either website prices have to be updated or something.
I understand prices everywhere are coming up but I can't believe I paid $55 for a fill. Not even the mid class cant afford looking good.
