Asked for gel nails. One person quoted the price for what I requested but then I was passed to another person who then added £5 to the price. I argued that I had said what I wanted from the beginning to basically be accused of lying. I stated I won't pay more which was already £10 over my usual place. The treatment was rough and rushed. No cuticle care or hand cream. Will never go there again

Really bad experience! I do not work with paint! The white marks are nail polish marks that he suggested I clean with some water! The prices are quite volatile, every time I got a different price for the same service. They left me soak in acetone and forgot about me. I haven’t seen them clean the pedicure tubs with anything else but water! Avoid!

Lovely place, friendly staff who went the extra mile for me when I wasn't feeling 100%. Great foot massage during the pedicure.

Asked for gel infills, they filled with a powder bead marked as "gel powder" rather then a normal builder gel. When I querried it they convinced me it was a gel powder product that did not need to be cured. On removal I found it was acrylic product that needed to be fully removed as it could not be infilled this time round. Don't waste your time if you want anything other then the acrylic tips they roll out.

Rushed my nails so quickly when painting so nails turned out awful!! Never going back again there again and my nails ache so much(got them done today)

Didn't ask what I wanted at the start so was too late for ombre by the time they
had done the acrylics and asked me what colour. Showed them a very easy paint pattern which they kept ignoring or doing differently (even with the picture in front of them). Nail shape of acrylic is bulky and has wonky tips.
