I feel privileged to have had the owner herself, Suabna complete my nail design to my specification and they turned out even better than I imagined! ?✨All around great experience - with my nail tech also who took her time and did an amazing job! I think I FINALLY found my salon home! ?

Easy to get into schedule and quick and nice but already chipped I asked for a third coat and she did not do it. Said I didn’t need it when I usually get it. Bummed

The staff here is amazing and I have been twice now, one good experience and one not so much. I came in for a dip manicure and my nails ended up looking and feeling lumpy/bumpy/not smooth and looking like they didn't have a top coat on. My nail tech was nice and redid my thumbs a few times but unfortunately they still ended up a mess. I had already been there for two hours and needed to leave, but for the price, my nails should look and feel better than this.

The people were kind but if you want long nails DON'T GO HERE. I went to a place out of town and my nail broke and went there to have them fix it. I knew going into it that the shape and color would be different and I was okay with that, But they put so much acrylic on my nail that it looks insane compared to my other work. Having to much acrylic can damage your nails and cause discomfort. They also didn't put the acrylic close enough to my nail bed so it looks like it already needs a fill and she didn't file the acrylic enough so it's lumpy. the first two pictures are their work and the last two are the place I got out of town. You can see the difference in quality. I'm just glad I have the other nails around it so it blends in?

Edited to update: I've been here a couple more times and the service has been great and so have my nails. Updating to 5 stars as I'm guessing I just had some one off bad luck.

I have been here twice. The first time the process seemed very rushed. However, my nails did look good. The second time I went, they took their time, but after I left I noticed that my nails were uneven. She did ask if I wanted a second coat and I said i didn't think I needed it and she agreed. But once I left and saw my nails in the sunlight, it was pretty obvious they were uneven. Prices are very reasonable.

I honestly hate to write a bad review and usually never do it. But I get nails done with acrylics/extensions all the time and never in my life have I had them break off so quickly like this so yeah I’m upset. I had one break off within 3 hours of getting this manicure so I went back right away the next morning to have them fix it.. FOUR DAYS later and ALL 10 nails are broken off. It’s like they didn’t even bond the glue to my nail at all bc I didn’t even feel a single one break. I can’t believe I paid for these to have every single one of them break off within four days. Disappointed is an understandment, this is honestly unacceptable.

I went in to have a horrible dip job I had received at Nail Bar on Downer. I’m so grateful for the technician that took 20 mins to file it all off only to discover my index finger nail was split horizontally in the middle of my nail bed. Another nail tech came to save my nail! I appreciate the care, concern and delicacy they showed to allow the nail to grow out naturally and still look great! I always leave here satisfied.
