Will not be returning!!!
The nail tech was struggling to do my nails, not sure if he is new. After still not being able to paint them correctly he told me to come back Sunday to fix them. So I went back he cut one of my fingers with that machine. I got home realized that two of my fingers the nail polish started lifting. Sooo pissed these are my birthday nails and I can't go back in to get them fixed.

I wanted to love it and I am so sad because I know my own anxiety to speak up gets the best of me and I can’t voice my dislike and anger. I paid $80 for my nails not to match and a poor pedicure. I was asked “the same color for pedicure?” I said yes and the colors are completely different. There nail polish is already peeling annd I walked out with their sandals to allow it extra drying time and I’m in my car on the verge of tears. Is some of this my fault for not voicing the color dislike, yes. Is it my fault that the pedicure looks so bad and that my manicure took 15 minutes and I was charged as if it had been a detailed manicure, no!

I have visited the location three times now and I absolutely love my nails each time I come. They work slow and take their time and I'm so happy I came back. And by far my favorite nail tech is Phan! He was so gentle and caring! I think I found my nail tech ❤️

I will say I was a little nervous coming here from just reading some of the reviews, but I try not to let that cloud my own judgement. And I will say I loved my experience. The location was clean and beautiful! My nail tech took care of me, I had no issues with my nails. I only did my hands in gel and they came out beautiful. I will be coming back and if anything changes I will have an update at the bottom. But just remember that others have a bad day as well and if you are unhappy just let them know. Most people will do what they can to make things better for your experience. Be kind to others.

I didn’t want to do this, because I’ve been going here for months with fairly decent experiences, which I why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. But my last few manicures (I have acrylics with gel polish) have been chipping and awful. And the nail tech this time, as kind as he was, cut the HELL out of my cuticles. I paid extra for my cuticles to be pushed back and trimmed so that my nails would look better for longer, as that’s not included with your fill-ins. I was bleeding on at least 3-4 fingers after he got done trimming. I know from experience that very little can come of pointing out to managers or a tech at these salons that you’re dissatisfied or that you’ve been injured. So I paid + tipped and left without complaint. But every time I wash my hands, put on hand sanitizer, etc. my fingers ache badly. Unfortunately I’ll have to find another salon.

I've visited this salon a number of times when i lived in Miramar and even made the trip from Miami Lakes recently but the last couple of times I've been its not been good. Went for acrylics just before Christmas and the guy who done my nails made a real mess of them. I had red polish on my nails when I arrived and he just applied gel over the red at my cuticles even after I asked for it to be removed so now I look like I'm bleeding from cuticles. Nails are bulky, wide and uneven and after I reached out to the salon to complain they completely ignored my message and the pictures I had sent. Had to go to another nail tech to fix my nails so it turned into $150+ for one set of Christmas nails. Won't be back there are much better nail salons in the area.

I have been going to Noire The Nail Bar for a few months now, and I can honestly say it is a beautiful, CLEAN and serene environment. Yen, always does such an excellent job on my nails! She’s extremely talented and creative! If you’re looking for a classy and professional spa, I highly recommend this establishment! You will not be disappointed!!

UPDATES: from my horrible experience at this place. So the next day, I had to go to the Doctor due to pain and burning in my foot. The technician burned me with the hot towel. Please see the pictures. Also, my manicure lasted a day. There is no nail polish left on my nails ?. What a rip-off this place is. I did not want to write it again, but this wasted my money.
Horrible experience! Worse, $60.00 expend on nails. I will not be returning here. Not even an apology. The manager was very arrogant, saying he does the best nails! I went in with perfect toenails shape. The girl messed up my pedicure. Then the manager tries to fix them. However, it was too late. She had cut them a weird and uneven shape. This was not the relaxation time I wanted. Please see my Google review for pictures of my disgusting pedicure. Do these toenails look done (finished)?
