I got my nails done by Thai today and am in love with them! I wanted something to match my phone case and he did such a beautiful job. He was gentle with my fingers and took his time which I appreciate greatly! This is my new go to nail salon, would definitely recommend!

On March 9th, I went to Paradise Nails for a pedicure, which wasn't my first time there. During the application of the nail polish, I noticed that the technician was being heavy-handed and the coat was too thick. I brought this to her attention, but it seemed there was a language barrier. When she finished, I noticed that the final product wasn't done well.
Two days later, on March 11th, I observed that the gel nail polish was already cracking and peeling. While at work, I contacted the salon to inform them of the issue via the work phone, but I didn't receive any updates. On March 13th, I reached out to the establishment again to address my concerns. They asked me to send pictures of what my nails looked like, so I sent a picture of my feet. After work on the same day, I returned to the salon for them to rectify their mistake. The same technician who did the initial pedicure redid all 10 toes, as they were all experiencing the same issue. Once again, I mentioned that she was being too heavy-handed with her application and suggested she apply lighter coats. However, she responded with an attitude, saying, "I do, I do." Despite this, the finished product already showed signs of the same issue as the first time.
Two days later, the big toes were experiencing the same cracked, peeling issues. On March 16th, I went back to the facility again to get a refill of my fingernails, which were initially done on February 25th. At that time, I also requested to speak with the manager to update them about the ongoing issue with my feet. I paid for my fingernail refill on March 16th, and my big toes were redone again, this time by the gentleman who did my fingernails, after I refused to have the same young lady who had already attempted to fix them twice.
On March 20th, just four days after the third encounter, my big toes were experiencing the same cracking, peeling issues, not properly dried in the middle. Feeling frustrated, I reached out to Navy Federal for a refund after a total of three visits to the nail salon for the same issue. Navy Federal advised me to reach out to the establishment again to see if they would resolve the problem for me, which I did.
I called the establishment again on March 20th and explained the issue to them once more. They sounded annoyed and disbelieving that the problem was still happening. I asked for a refund, and they requested proof again, via image through text message. I sent the establishment pictures and a video of the persistent issue.
As of April 17th, I have not received any response or update from them regarding this matter. It is worth noting that gel polish typically lasts a month or more and is usually only redone due to outgrown nails or a desire for a color change. Despite the issue with my feet, I had still returned to the establishment to get my fingernails done because I thoroughly enjoyed the service and had no issues or complaints in that regard.

I had to pay another $70 to get my toes redone somewhere else..
Not once did they say let's try a different color to see if it was the polish... nothing.

Then they denied my dispute with NFCU stating i never canceled my appointment. I never had an appointment I was a walkin and either way what does that have to do with a lousy technique

I went in for a fill in and noticed that they were sanding my cuticles and they didn’t do anything to polish them (despite them looking rough because of their drill work). Unfortunately my “no chip manicure” lasted 2 days before they started cracking horribly. One week later and I have 2 nails now with NO polish, and 4 chipped nails. I was on vacation so no heavy lifting and still my nails are damaged. Do not recommend.

Editing this review on 11/14 to say I called their store (as they responded to this review) and the person on the phone said they could ONLY HELP ME IF I TOOK DOWN THIS REVIEW. They said they could fix my gel manicure, but as 5 are chipped now and two have no polish, there is nothing that can fix this. They also drilled hard into my nails and left a permanent ridge. When I requested a refund they said they wouldn’t do it despite my nails looking terrible so short after getting them done. To tell me I can only be helped if I take down my review is horrible service in my opinion.

I went for a hard gel manicure with two broken nails. Linh Linh was so kind as to give me 2 fake nails so the manicure still looked good. Great service and my nails look so cute!

I enjoyed how the nail salon is pretty organized and the services are provided in a timely manner. I did not particularly enjoy the pedicure because it was rushed, similar to the manicure. But the mornings are pretty busy, so I under the haste. The staff were very patient and kind.
I got regular painted nails and wish I had gel nails because the nail paint came off two days later. I believe that would not have happened if I got gel, so highly recommend people get gel for manicures!

My new go-to for nail care! I’ve never had such a gorgeous manicure last so long. The technician asked about any special needs and spent extra time making sure each nail was perfect. As you can see in the photo, they still look amazing nearly three weeks later - even after gardening and yard work!

Rachel, Ty and the gang have blown me away again. Two weeks ago I got the best set of gels w/ Rachel’s custom designs on them, so I decided to bring my friends for a snowy pedicure and we all enjoyed it very much. The staff was incredibly upbeat and accommodating, and I’ll definitely be back!

My nails turned out GORGEOUS. The colors and shape- perfect for spring break and the warm weather. I’m so happy with how they turned out. My problem today had to do with the service and treatment I received. I was the first appointment this morning at 9 am. Perfectly understandable that it was early and not everyone is a morning person. My nail technician, however, was completely rude. I made many attempts to make conversation (i.e. the weather, spring break, color of the nails, friendly small talk) and he simply didn’t reply- but spoke perfect English to his boss when they got in an argument. I’m unsure of my nail technicians name and I don’t wish to speak poorly of someone’s character, but rather the poor treatment I received. His manager corrected him on the usage of the wrong glue, he yelled back, etc. After this my nail technician continued to talk badly about his coworkers to me, which I found very uncomfortable and unprofessional. He also accused me of being the type of person to choose “ugly” colors as to warrant a bad review. He furthermore complained about the bad reviews he’s received, which seemed strange to say to a customer. I could also tell he was upset at the fact that I requested acrylics and tried to convince me to get gel extensions. I’ve had both in the past and explained to him that I prefer acrylics and would be more than happy to pay the price difference. He was unhappy with this response and was very rough with my nails and hands. I understand nobody is perfect and accidents happen, but over three cuts felt excessive and rough. An apology wasn’t given until he saw the tears in my eyes. Overall I am very upset with my treatment at Paradise Nails today and I hope this person can be more accommodating and respectful in the future.
