Been going to polished for 3 years now. Even moved out of the area and still make a 30 minute drive to get my nails done here. Everyone is so nice and every tech I've worked has been super good, attentive, and they do a very neat job. I get designs every time and am never disappointed ?❤️

I have been going to Polish for years now. The level of professionalism is truly unmatched. The owners are very down to earth and do not seek to slander other salons (which speaks to their integrity). Their quality of work is definitely up to standard and I’m really picky about my nails. ? The staff are well trained and polite. It’s a peaceful atmosphere the ambiance is great and I highly recommend you try them! I’m a very satisfied customer!!

Priscilla is the best! My mom has been going to her monthly for years! She's the only nail tech I trust to do my nails when I need them 🙂 everyone in the salon is the sweetest! I get small designs on 1-2 nails on each hand and Priscilla always gets it perfect! 100% recommend ฅ^•ᴥ•^ฅ

I went in on 4/8 and got a full set of apres nails. When booking my appointment, I was not told about the policy of having to purchase a nail kit (nail file and buffer that you are required to bring in for your visits).

This was my first time at the salon and my first time trying this service. We talked about the pros and cons of this nail type and decided that due to the gel structure and application, it would be the best choice. The tech was very nice and detail oriented, and the salon is gorgeous and well maintained. But the prices are very high, I paid 120 for a manicure and pedicure ($5 for a new nail kit). With that being said, my nails barley lasted 2 days. On Monday, 4/10, one of the nails popped off. I went back to the shop, and another tech repaired the nail and checked to make sure the rest were all applied well. I spoke with a manager and let her know about my experience, and she apologized and checked my nails again. This morning 4/11 another nail popped off.

This is unacceptable. It's so frustrating to spend so much money for a product that barely lasts 72 hours.

Been coming to the same nail salon with the same nail tech, Juliette, for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. She’s detail oriented, patient, kind, friendly, & always exceeds my expectations. These last nails I did are probably one of my favorites ever. 10/10 recommend!

Ben and his staff are absolutely amazing! I have been going to Ben for YEARS and will not let anyone else touch my nails. If you want a perfect job done every time, he is your man! He does designs out of this world and is always willing to try the craziest of designs I bring to him. Could not recommend anyone more. The facility is clean and staff is always so nice and helpful! Overall, 10/10 experience.

Great experience ! I went and saw Leo and he did an amazing job! I am a hairstylist so it’s extremely difficult to find someone that makes my nails last !! My nails still look amazing 3 weeks later without any chips or breaks. Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service! They were the sweetest people I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM! Rosy did such an amazing job on my nails and all the other techs are so amazing too. I normally don’t request for people because EVERYONE is so AMAZING!
