I love this salon! In the past year and a half I have visited 7 other salons in the RR and Pflutto area and haven’t found one that could give a nice set every time before I visited prime! The techs an awesome and the managers are kind and remember me. The blue set looks cloudy because the dip powder is glow in the dark. My tech offered to paint over it to make it look nicer but I was so excited to have my nails glow! 100/10

Was in the area and needed a last minute repair and fill. The gentleman up front was super polite, friendly and got me seated right away. The place is spotless with plenty of chairs. Lin was amazing and did a great job repairing my broken nails and returning my nails to perfection! Her file skills are great and recommend her to anyone looking for a specific shape, she did great on the stiletto-almond combo I prefer. I will definitely be back when I’m in town again! ?

This is definitely the nicest, most professional nail salon I've EVER been to. I had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Ryan but I can assure anyone thinking of getting their nails done here can expect exceptional work from anyone. Ryan in particular did an amazing job on my nails even though they had been closed for quite a while he did not make me feel rushed in the slightest and I look forward to coming again soon.

We decided on a spontaneous late-afternoon family pedicure outing, and even without a reservation, we were seated within five minutes! The staff was welcoming, and the experience was so relaxing—we all enjoyed it. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quick, enjoyable treat!

My friend took me here the other day and we both were warmly welcomed! Got to sit next to each other and the nail tech was really nice and attentive to me. Great customer service and my nails look so amazing! Will be back

Salon hours states it opens at noon on Sundays - it was definitely open before then. I walked in at 1158 and the place was packed. Already had a 30 minute wait to get a dip manicure and gel pedicure and ended up waiting an hour. Nails did not turn out good at all. The guy that did them did not have me wash my hands before putting on top coat and curing them. My nails look cloudy and terrible. No that’s not a sparkly top coat. Will not be returning.

EDIT: The owner Samantha personally reached out to me to fix my nails. I appreciate the customer service.

UPDATE:
Stealing/false charges for services not rendered was the issue.
I never needed you to suggest anything as far as price point, you never offered that, because you didn't need to, as my budget was not the issue and that wasn't the complaint. I always gladly paid, again I'm "a good tipper," so that was not the issue. I did address the discrepancy promptly, and you gave excuses.

Long story short, try as I might, I'll never get over being overcharged/ having money stolen. The power went out, so in good faith, I left my card, only to see that I was overcharged. The money I've spent with them is astronomical. You know these nail places don't like to accept responsibility or be held accountable. When I tried to smooth it over, all I got was excuses. And this was so funny, she (Samantha) told me "I give you discounts all the time because you're such a good tipper..." ma'am NEVER EVER have you given me a discount. EVER.
Needless to say, MOON is an amazing nail tech, so I still go from time to time.
This is just a warning, if the power goes out or anything weird, WAIT IT OUT or leave and come back when the power is on... do not trust them. ALWAYS GET AN ITEMIZED RECEIPT.
It's something about having your trust broken that really messes with your head, and is terribly disheartening, especially when you've only ever been good to them and at times spending anywhere from $300 to $400... I have 3 girls.

Tammy did a wonderful job with my nails. She took her time to make them perfect. Salon is clean and free champagne!!
