I went in asking for a partial highlights carmel colored blended through my hair.
The girl who did my hair used a super strong 40 volume developer on my hair which caused it to lift to bleach blonde almost white. The highlights were not blended at all but harsh lines, it reminded me of y2k hair. My hair was very long down past my chest. Due to damage I had to cut my hair to shoulder length. Seeverly over peocessed and broken. I did also receive a haircut at Salon Acadia, my bangs were cut a half inch off from either side.
When I called about the issue they offered me one day in the middle of the work week that the manager could fix it the following week, I had to work that day and could not get off. When I asked for other availability they told me if I did not take that day that she would not have time for another 3 weeks. I told her I could not wait that long for the fix as my hair looked so bad. I was then offered me a partial refund. I paid a total of 140 for my highlights and cut. I was only refunded 90 dollars. I called around to other salons to have this color fixed and evened out I have been quoted as high as 300 dollars. I am very disappointed they did not work harder to get me in for a correction, or at the very least refund my entire service. I would be very cautious going here.

I had a wonderful experience at the salon , Sheila did a fantastic job . I got a cut and color . It's been 10 years since I was at a salon . I'll definitely be back .
