Went here to get the most beautiful pedicure of my life. My partner and I are visiting Montréal for the weekend for her birthday and we treated ourselves to the most elite pedicure you could think of.

Olivia painstakingly saw my vision for my toenails and executed them to perfection. Tina worked on my partner's toenails and gave them a decidedly fall-seasoned facelift.

We paid in cash which afforded us a significant discount. We paid $140 (tips included) for immaculate nails + shellac.

Came in needing a relaxing afternoon off and it was absolutely perfect! Got a discount on a mani + pedi combo which was a bonus to an insanely good hand and foot massage, and graciously added another coat of color to get me the spooky vibes I was going for!

I recently visited salon vong for a manicure, and while the service was pleasant, I’m disappointed with the durability of my nails. After just one week, they started chipping and breaking, which is really frustrating. I’ve had my nails done at other places before, and they usually last much longer. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this salon if you’re looking for long-lasting results.

Edit: I called back and they offered me nothing in compensation. Disappointing

This is my go-to nail salon. I have the outmost respect for the owner and her staff. The work ethic, attention to detail and care is Salon Vong's craft and pride. The salon is pristinely clean, the team speaks with eachother and their clients with respect and kindness, and they are always ready to accomodate last-minute reservations or walk-ins. The manis and pedis I get here are done with a high degree of attention. There are no biogel lumps that I am used to seeing from other nail
salons I have gone to. I use my hands on a daily basis to an unreasonable degree - cleaning, sports, gardening, playing/picking at them, bike repairs... Where I expect the nail to chip within a week, this has never been my experience at Vong. I am on week 3 because I did not find the time and I have attached a photo of Day 1 of my
mani and day 22.

I have been going here for a year and a half, I have never picked a specific
staff and each one has been impecable. There is a consistency of service that speaks volume for again, their work ethic.

All for a price that is less than other nail businesses, without sacrificing the quality. So please be sure to tip generously.

I hesitated in posting a review because I selfishly wanted to keep this gem to myself. Although I have always referred friends and family to this salon!
