I booked an appointment with William for 3:00 PM. They called to inform me of a 15-minute delay. However, when I arrived, they kept me waiting until 3:45 PM!

It was the worst French manicure I've ever had. I had a meeting after the nail appointment, so I didn't argue with them at the salon. The color, the shape, and the thick curve of the nails were all disastrous.

I tried to be nice and still left a good tip. I tried to convince myself that it looked cute, but I can't—it was a disaster. I will not be going back there again.

If you are looking for the best Manicurist for gel, powder and design you must book William. I have been coming here for 2 1/2 years since I moved from La Jolla to Los Angeles. I was lucky enough to have William my very 1st appointment and have used him ever since. I am very loyal and when I meet someone that I feel is excellent in their craft. I stay with them! Give him and SNB a try. You wont be disappointed.

The customer services tried gaslight me into thinking that this is normal and would go away in two days and now I have scabs on my face because they ripped off part of my skin!! Even though i told them the wax was too hot they just ignored me. They are awful.

The best nail salon I’ve been to by far. I get my lashes done by Van and my nails done by Laura. Prices are very reasonable and salon is very clean. They have variety of color options. They have 3 hours validation.

I went in as a walk in and they took me in after a short wait. I recommend making an appointment.

Henry was so gentle and his design idea was better than mine! It was a really pleasant atmosphere. The front desk got me in right away even though it looked completely busy. The vibe was calming - usually I don’t like what salons play on the TV but it was like an ASMR channel with cute puppies and heartwarming or inspiring videos. This might seem random but I also normally don’t like the massages but the pressure was just right! This is so convenient, too, being right in the village! There’s lots of options for colors and types of gel, too. Enjoy!! Happy customer here!! I’ll be back!

I had gone here twice before and my nails and experience were good, but went again last week and did not have a good experience at all. I’m not sure if the cosmetologist doing my nails didn’t have much experience, but she didn’t do a very good job. Most of my nails are crooked and don’t match the corresponding nail on the other hand. The line work isn’t very good either. Worst of all, the lady cut me twice while working on my nails and now the cut on my pinky finger is starting to show signs of infection (really red, raised, and getting worse) so I’ll be going to Urgent Care tomorrow to see if it’s actually infected or if there’s anything I need to do.

Overall the workers there where really nice, but I had a bad experience with the tech who did my nails. I noticed she was finished the set a lot quicker than normal, didn’t compare the lengths/shapes of my nails, and didn’t ask for input ever. What I got was definitely not worth the $80 I paid when I could have done these at home or gotten nails of this quality at half the price elsewhere.

I definitely should have brought something up during my visit, but the fact that I was cut twice and one of those cuts seems to be getting infected is really not okay.
