I was coming here because it was close to my house but never again. Not only did I get 3 cuts on my fingers but I constantly had to go back for errors on polishing shellac. I want to call the cops today for battery my cuts are burning and my nails are uneven! They suck the bald guy is very rough and cut me!!!! I will never come back to this nail salon! I use to let Mi do my nails but she had a bad attitude after I had to return from botched shellac polish! I’m pissed and I’m calling the State on them for cuts!!! Cuts can cause INFECTION PUSH CUTICLES DOWN AND BE MINDFUL OF PAIN. Nobody should leave and days later be in pain and discomfort from a fill. THAI did this and they don’t even address reviews or apologies from reviews.

I have had 2 good experiences here. However, I am now very disappointed. I asked for shellac nails (what I usually get). After 4 days, 3 nails were completely ruined. During the process, the nail tech kept messing up, and using her own nail to scrape the sides of mine and clean it up. I waited 30 minutes to be seated, and the process took forever because she kept messing up. So you can imagine, I was pretty upset that only a few days later, my “shellac” was peeling off. I called and let them know and they said since it hasn’t been a week they would fix for free. Now, 3 days after getting them fixed, the nails they fixed are gone, again. I don’t do anything with my hands that would cause this and when I get shellac it usually lasts 3 weeks for me. Very disappointed. Also, after they fixed my nails, they just walked away. I waited for 10 minutes for someone to tell me what to do next because I had no idea they were done. Eventually I got up and they said bye! And that was all‍♀️ you would think it would be polite to just say “we’re done” or anything of the sort instead of walking away without a word.

Such a nice experience with my Mom! The guys were really nice! Such good work, they took their time but not forever haha. I had Thai as my nail technician and he was really nice to talk to and seemed genuinely interested in me. He even gave me his personal business card. I really appreciated the nice service that Tango had to offer, I will definitely be back.

I’ve been coming to Tango for years. But recently they have new employees. I don’t feel like I’ve been happy with my nails the last few times I’ve had them done. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and kept coming back. But I realized after today’s appointment that I’m paying for a service I’m not happy with. I won’t go back.

Not a place I will be returning. Had to go home and repaint nails. Asked for a regular manicure and a polish change. 6 hours later the paint was still wet. Also, the man doing my daughters nails had the phone to his ear 1/2 the time and was not paying attention. He was going to cut the cuticles of a 10 year old. That is a no no! I had to tell him to stop. He was also going to use a machine to buff her nail plate? Why? She was just getting a regular manicure? I had to stop him from doing that too. I think they only know how to do artificial nail application. Don't go here for a natural manicure. I called to get a refund and owner got very upset and told me he would have to review his cameras. What? I sent him video and pictures and he wouldn't respond. Thank goodness I used a credit card as the credit card company was able to start a claim and the charges were reversed.

Terrible customer service . This man was rude inpatient rough not apologetic. Didn't care what he did is not what I asked for wouldn't look at a pic when I tried to show him. Definitely seemed like he didnt want to be thete. It's a shame been coming here for years that was my last visit will never recommend this saloon again.
