This morning, I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Home Depot managed by Juan. If I could rate this location lower than one star, I certainly would.

Our nonprofit is currently working on a home for a local disabled Veteran, and we've been experiencing ongoing issues with our nonprofit discount at this particular Home Depot. When I requested to speak with a manager, they sent Juan. Despite bringing all the necessary paperwork, Juan refused to even glance at it. He wouldn't take his hands out of his apron, responded condescendingly, and flatly told me there was nothing he could do to help. When I asked if we could call someone for assistance, he dismissively told me to go online because "it's like a credit card." Whatever that means.

This Home Depot location consistently falls short in every aspect, from the staff to the management. There are always issues, and a serious lack of competent supervision. The young male employees are often too busy flirting or avoiding work to provide any meaningful assistance. It's like walking into a high school.

For any ladies reading this review, save yourself the hassle and visit the Stapleton Home Depot instead. It's just a 10-minute drive, but the difference in service is remarkable. The staff there is professional, attentive, and at least willing to read your documents. Don't waste your time at this problematic location.

Cassie was amazing and so helpful! She walked with me through the entire store looking for everything I needed and made some awesome suggestions as well. Definitely a lovely experience and cut my time in Home Depot in half so I could get back to work. Thanks, Cassie!

Very disappointed with the HOME DEPOT!
I bought a shower and Bath valves from Home Depot Pilsner brand and it was faulty, however when I wanted to return it the representative offered me a penny and insulted me l. The price I paid was $200.00 plus, and he is offering me a penny because the product has been discontinued within a month of my purchase.
Very upset with the process, Also did not let me speak with the manager due to him being in a meeting. I will stop shopping at the Home Depot from now on.

Horrible customer service at this locating, go to any other home depot but this one. Offer promotions for free batteries with tool purchase and do not honor them, and then be rude to us and tell us to order online. Stay away from this location

I can’t really even believe this is real life… I called this store after speaking with a different location, and they told me Aurora had it in stock. I spoke with customer service, she asked for the item number, I gave it to her and she immediately said, “we don’t have it.” I said, “well Thornton told me you had two,” and she just said, “well we don’t.” I asked if she could transfer me to another store and simply by a stroke of luck, she transferred me to the garden center. Not what I asked for, but it worked to my benefit because I ended up speaking with a kid named Jacob who couldn’t have been more helpful and went to check on the item for me. They in fact DID have two in stock and he held it for me. He gave great service. When I got there, I went to the garden center and there were three employees just standing in a circle talking to each other. They all glanced at me and didn’t greet or ask if I needed help. So I had to interrupt their personal conversation and ask for Jacob. Two of them just stood there and one (Obee, Odel?) manager - half heartedly called for Jacob on the phone and then just went back to his conversation. The woman who checked me out did not say a word to me the entire transaction and didn’t say thank you when u left. It’s like everyone in this store is a zombie. There are very low life people hanging out everywhere in the parking lot. It’s extremely ghetto and I will never go to this location again.

As a Pro Extra member at Home Depot, I am really disappointed with their delivery services. This is 2nd time they messed up the appointment and that makes me really hard time. I have ordered washer & dryer and the associate has confirmed me the delivery will make on 10/02 and I took a day off to get my stuff. Suddenly last night, they changed the delivery day to 10/01 with time frame (10:30-14:30) in my work time. I contacted them to asked delivery little bit later after 4pm when I can get home, or please delivery anytime tomorrow 10/02 as their associate (at HD Salida St location) has confirmed me. But they say hell no, if no one at home when they come today, they will reschedule to 10/04 at same time frame, when I could not at home and I also I could not take a day off again.
What’s going on with them? ?

Two stars because there are employees that care, but there are more employees here that do not care. I watched an employee kick a piece of trash around the front of the store, and then kick it into the parking lot and walk away. Employees walk up to an overcrowded front end and argue about who is “supposed to be working “, instead of just jumping in to help. Meanwhile the lines grew to more than ten people in each line. People were clearly frustrated, but the employees clearly didn’t care. They work really hard at NOT working.

Extremely upset with phone etiquette, return service, and car-side pickup i received today.

I placed an order online last night received the notification this morning it was ready. I pulled in received my order and drove to my house. Only to realize I was missing one of the paint brushes I ordered and ALL 3 of the paints i ordered were not pigmented AT ALL. When I called I was greeted by a woman who told me they could not refund me but I could drive 20 min back to the store and they would tint them and give me the paint brush. She was very rude and acted as if I had messed up.

Fast forward to me arriving in the store. I greeted the customer service desk and told them my problem and she said "well have you opened them". I said "yes, thats how I know they weren't pigmented". She then didn't offer to pigment them instead she started the return process. Which was fine (at this point i'd rather be serviced elsewhere). She couldn't refund the one I had spilled driving to home depot (disappointing but fine). But the way she communicated was harsh and rude as if i had made a mistake. The paint brush she accused me of stealing then finally gave me a refund (there were 3 other paintbrushes I received why would I lie about 1).

Overall disappointed with the customer service I received both over the phone and in person. I feel extremely inconvenienced then I was treated rudely. If this had been dealt with kindly I would've liked to have had my paints tinted and just left.
