I've visited this salon several times for pedicures, and each experience has been seamless and enjoyable. But yesterday, they truly went above and beyond. I came in as a last-minute walk-in after another salon had badly messed up my eyelash extensions, which had been causing me a headache for five days. Despite likely being on her lunch break, the salon owner kindly made time to remove the extensions and provided the relief I desperately needed. I can't thank Pia enough for her kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this thoughtful and caring salon.

Good customer service and good vibes when I got my nails done however within not even a week of getting them done my nails started rising and coming off I don’t think it’s worth the money. It was £45 for extensions but they were not sturdy or anything.

Enquired about having an appointment to have my acrylic nails removed. Was given an appointment at 12:30hrs on same day, which I was pleased about. Returned at my appointment time, however after that everything went pear shaped. My nails were individually wrapped with a cotton pad soaked in fluid and wrapped in foil. I queried why my nails were not soaked in a bowl of acetone and told that the salon didn't have a bowl and they did not remove nails that way. It then also transpired that the nail technician did not work on Thursdays and the person who was attempting to remove the nails was only experienced in removing gel nails. When my partner asked were the nails actually coming off the answer was no, but they might come off. This was less than helpful as I had already explained I needed the nails completely removed prior to a scheduled hip operation. Forty minutes into my appointment it was apparent that this person was unable to remove the nails - but apparently if the nail technician had been in she would have been able to use the drill to take the nails off. I was most unhappy then that I had been given an appointment for a service that no one was able to provide to me on that day. Consequently I left the salon, nails still firmly in place, only the nail varnish removed and had to seek out another nail bar that could actually remove the acrylic nails.

Worst customer experience! Very confusing information, bad nail quality, very thick and it's not even what I wanted. I was told that she will not have time to do what I asked for (french) because she didn't not know that I had acrylic on already as I was never asked on the phone about anything. First time and last time!

Rhiannon and Pia are brilliant nail artists! I always leave the salon with beautiful nails and I get compliments for them all the time. I’ve managed to make them last nearly 8 weeks with no breakages because Rhiannon applied them so well. Would really recommend! Book early because the girls get super busy.

Very pleasant experience with the team at the loft today. Love my nails the pattern is very well done and the actual acrylic is done very nicely. The pricing was reasonable and fair for the high quality service you receive. The team was welcoming and friendly throughout the whole treatment. Definitely will be returning.

Such a lovely and friendly atmosphere! I have been coming to get my nails done by Rhiannon for a long time and I am always in awe of my nails after my appointment. She listens to my ideas and makes sure that I am happy with my nails throughout the appointment.
