I hate leaving negative reviews, especially because the staff is really friendly but I wish id have read this review before going. I ended up walking in for removal, builder gel, and tiny heart designs. I’ve had this same service multiple times at another salon in DTLA for $60 (max $70 with design) unfortunately this salon was closed today and as I was heading out of town tomorrow I had to quick pop in somewhere else. My nails look adorable but cost $115 (not including tip). If I knew that beforehand I would have called around a few places. It was genuinely a bit shocked after they told me at the end. If you don’t mind spending that much, they do a good job- I just know there are better prices downtown for this same service (including removal, hard gel and designs) who do just as good for a much more reasonable price.

Staff were friendly but the work is not good at all. I brought my mom in so she could relax but the gelx nails they applied burned her nail too much. She was flinching and even left scared to get her nails done again.

Not only that, my nails only lasted 1 week. I have 5 missing now and we came in September 13. very disappointed. Will not be coming back.

My husband and I came in for pedicures.. mine included extras as I need acrylic to fix my toes . Which is extra I understand. But my husband wanted a very basic pedi … she added gel and again ok that’s extra . But $224 without tip for both services is absolutely crazy. They are overcharging crazy. A basic pedi with gel should be $50 tops . Not ok ! They are so nice- but bad business, we wouldn’t come back .

Y’all the first time I came here.. it was cool, I got a manicure & a pedicure. When I came in today and only asked for a manicure, they were visibly upset and proceeded to rush through my manicure! Then as she started, I was clear that I wanted a basic manicure, no gel, no polish, only a quick buff at the end!

She says $40.
I said mam, can I see your price list.. she showed the list, and it was clearly only $20. When I pointed it out.. she proceeds to laugh & say.. $20 etc.. it was weird! My nails have honestly only been clipped. That’s it.. & uneven at that. Encourage folks not to come here.. I think it was just this particular person.. but still.. place is weird.

I came here twice. The first time to try it out and the second, purely out of convenience - and I regretted it. The staff is very nice, but the experience was far less. The same gal did my nails both times, and both times they were awful. My cuticles were shredded, I was bleeding, the nails were incredibly uneven with clumps of glue underneath (gel extensions). She filed the gel extensions unevenly and I kindly kept asking her to make adjustments to which she obliged. The work station was so dirty that hair and filings kept getting stuck in the nail paint and she’d have to wipe it off and re paint the nail. As I mentioned, the staff is kind but skill was lacking when it came to care and cleanliness. The photos are a small token of what the overall experience felt like - and at a heavier price than It was worth. I will say, I have had a pedicure done by a different employee and my toes looked great. However, I was charged for spa treatment and I certainly wouldn’t say running a sponge across my foot twice is worth the extra dollars.

Worst service ever! They pressurize to pay in the middle of the job. They charge super high and do a terrible job and very misleading. They told me it would cost 45 and then removed my acrylics and then told it would cost 75 to do my nails. It was the worst experience ever. DO NOT COME HERE

I got my nails done three days ago for Halloween and this is how they look already. I’ve literally been living my regular day to day life and my nails have been falling apart each day. I called trying to get them done over today and they tried to argue me down about it yelling at me over the phone. They are very unprofessional and I will not be returning to this establishment.

I love gel manicures here. Products seem to be really good quality cause they last longer than other places. Had my last mani for more than two weeks and still looked as great as when she first applied it. Nails end up super glossy, smooth, and it does not chip off easily like when I had gotten gel manicures in other nail salons. No free parking around only meters and public parkings but the results for gel manicure totally worth it.
