Hi came in last Sunday with my mum at 2:30 booked in two wanting a manicure pedicure but I wanted mine also with acrylics and they didn’t do the request I asked for the lady did some good painting but consistently kept filling and cutting my cuticles which now hurts when I put socks on by the way and noticed the paint is coming off and I requested shellac not gel polish which is opposite I love the painting but not so much the service and paying 83.5 for something like this is completely unacceptable. But I was happy I got service fast.

Brilliant service. Booked my 88 year old mum in for a Pedicure and a manicure. Staff were so kind and worked with mum and her minimal mobility to make her very comfortable and welcome. Her Pedicure and leg massage was undertaken exceptionally. Her toe nails looked amazing post Pedicure and her skin was positively glowing. Her manicure was also beautifully undertaken. The care and patience demonstrated by staff and their willingness to go above and beyond was without reproach. Looking forward to going back in 4 weeks time!

In had a $45 delux 40min Pedicure 2 weeks ago.
The nail varnish started to chip 5 days after application and on close inspection is also lumpy. The nail polish seemed to be thick as the therapist kept tapping and shaking the bottle which was probably the problem. The therapist also told me I had ingrown toenails (although I have never had before) so she cut down the sides of my nails and they have been sore ever since.
When I have a pedicure else where or when I do my own the nail varnish including a top coat of ‘out the door’ my pedicures never chip.
I emailed the salon a week after my pedicure to rectify the issue although I have not heard back a word back. Will not be visiting this salon again

Mikki was my technician today and she is incredibly lovely and such a great artist.
The manicure was so very thorough, she worked tirelessly to clean my nails of built up dead cuticles. The BIAB was incredibly cool. Will definitely be back!

First time visit- Mikki & Tracy were very welcoming & friendly in the nice new surroundings. Had a pedicure polish & inquired about BIAB product. Mikki explained the product & process which made me comfortable in applying to my nails thank you will be back ?
