It is such a shame that when customers ask a question or are wondering why you have taken off all the old biab nails besides 2 fingers you decide to be rude and frustrated and up the price to $75 with the added tips ( i understand the tipping price). And not to mention you were not even taking it off properly. if I didn’t ask for you to kindly drill more the nails would lift in a week. Getting frustrated is rude and insulting. don’t do this job if u you have little to zero patients!
the nails are lovely, it is just a shame that there isn’t even any decent customer service, not even a how are you, and I have been here twice now! . And not to mention a small but nice deep cut that you made along with your rudeness.

I've been here twice now for acrylic refill and nail art and both times my expectations have been exceeded. My last set was the first time my acrylic nails haven't lifted. They aren't too bulky (a pet peeve of mine), and I've appreciated the expertise and opinions offered by the staff. The salon is clean and well presented. I won't go anywhere else now and am happy to travel the 40 minutes for good results.

I got acrylic refills, which are great - shaped beautifully and not too thick and not lifting. However the shellac polish on top has started lifting, with some of it needing to be peeled off as it was catching - this is only 12 days since having my nails done here. The artist didn't cap the colour so the tips were wearing quickly and starting to chip also. I have never had shellac lift and peel off acrylic nails, this has only ever happened on my natural nails.
I am very disappointed that this has happened from a salon that charges a little bit higher than most others charge.
Most other salons would have charged $50, this salon was $58, and was going to charge an additional $17 if I had opted for the magnetic colour.

These are my nails! Most beautiful nails I've ever gotten and exactly what I asked for! The girls here are so talented and the service was so wonderful and well-priced!
I felt really welcome and everyone was cheerful and kind, a truely unique and wonderful nail experience I've never gotten before at other nail salons.
100% recommend! I might move to Adelaide just to be able to go to them again!!!

horrible service. wanted a basic manicure and they look disgusting. got charged $40 for removal and CLEAR basic paint. the paint is already coming off and wasn’t dry when i was told to leave. the coat isn’t smooth and there’s heaps of bubbles. Very unhappy, DO NOT GO HERE

have been in contact with them to try and resolve the issue. waiting for numerous call backs from higher ups. was told i was incorrectly charged but they can only offer a credit towards my next appointment due to their policy, i will not be returning to this salon. will be contacting ACCC regarding this because it is a nightmare.

This is the worst company ever.
Booked an appointment 8am this morning, got called into work. And called as soon as I got the call from work. Which was an hour after booking appointment. Then I get charged $12 cancellation fee for having the appointment for a whole hour
I rang and spoke to staff and they said that what is it and hung up on me.
I have also emailed and they didn't care said it their policy. I book the appointment at 8am for 9.30am which they opened at 9.30 and they said they didn't have time to fill the appointment. If the appointment was free at 8am. I very much so don't think you would have fill it. A joke of a company taking advantage of ppl. Will never go to this business or recommend to anyone

I went to this nail bar yesterday and unfortunately to say paid for nails I was not at all happy with. My last experience at this nail bar was amazing. This time I left with patchy black nails. U can see right thru the nails
