I recently visited the nail bar in Buckhead and had an excellent experience. Chloe did a fantastic job on my nails, replicating the design from the picture I provided perfectly. Her attention to detail was impressive. Ms. Joanne, on the other hand, worked wonders on my feet. She took her time and transformed them, addressing some previous poor work with great skill and care. The overall service was exceptional, and I left feeling both pampered and satisfied. Highly recommend this nail bar for their professional and meticulous service.

Ava and Abby. Ava is my reg nail tech and Abby did the pedicure. Although this was pricey, it was well worth it. Both technicians are amazing and considerate. They provided service that was above and beyond.
I wanted a specific color and design on my nails, and Ava complied meticulously. Excellent job!

Went there for the first time and it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! Best mani pedi i’ve ever had. Yen exfoliated EVERYTHING off my feet and Michael did my nails SO PERFECT!!! Salon is so gorgeous as well and everyone is very fast and efficient

When I say Don is THE ABSOLUTE BEST nail tech!! I mean just that, not only is he always on time but his work is immaculate!! His shaping, nail art & over all nail care is top notch! His precision is impeccable & This man can draw like nobodies business!! We’ve created some dope sets & he kills it every time. I went to Nail Bar Buckhead today, and it was my first and last visit. My nails came out too thick and wide, after I repeatedly asked her to make them more narrow and thin and smooth them out. The nail tech, Tiffany, was rude, heavy-handed, and distracted talking and texting on her phone while doing my nails. I left and came back shortly after to get my nails fixed after having talked to Trish, the manager/owner, over the phone. The nail tech Rosie who fixed my nails, after Tiffany walked away in the middle of fixing them, cut my pinkie and she refused to give me a shiny top coat saying it would make my nails "thick like you don't like" and just put SNS matte finisher on my nails and told me "leave when it dries." I'm giving it 2 stars because Trish was nice and tried to fix things, but ultimately it comes down to her employees' bad attitudes and poor service that will keep me from ever coming back. Extremely disappointing experience.

Do not get your eyebrows done here. I went on Saturday 4/20/24 (pics taken today 4/23) It’s no way the wax should have been this hot to burn my skin. Trish (the owner) also plucked my eyebrows so aggressively that they were bleeding! She had a poor attitude as soon as she walked in the room and it reflected in her work. I can barely move my eyebrows because then they will crack, burn, and bleed.

When I called to tell Trish (the owner) the wax was too hot she immediately told me “No , no, no! You lying, you did not come here” … First of all that’s not how you speak to customers. A simple “I am sorry to hear that. May you please come in tomorrow so we can fix the problem.” would have worked. I simply told her I’d see her in the morning. As predicted, when I saw her the energy was NOT the same and my money was refunded. Unfortunately it left scars under my eyebrows.
