The only reason I tried this nail spot out was because of the reviews. Plus I’ve been seeking for a nail spot around the area. Since I live around here, and it would be convenient for me. I was beyond disappointed with the entire service. I asked for 2 designs and before hand I asked the lady if she was able to do them if not then she didn’t have to do them. She agreed and said she was able to. I arrived at 5:30 for my nail appointment and didn’t leave until 8ish. Yet she was not able to do the design. The nails were not clean it was very sloppy and I still had to pay $15 for the design. The lines of the other nail were very uneven and thick. The lady had to redo them almost 3 times and during that I did tell her if she is not able to do them then she can just paint them but she insisted she can. I figured maybe she is learning and why not let her keep trying. I also noticed how everyone who got their nails done where given shoulder massages. Once I paid for my nails I asked the owner if the massages were extra cost her respond was that it’s included when you do your nails. I mentioned I did not get one. As a first time customer this did not sit well with me at all. As unsatisfied as I was I did tip the lady and paid for the nail service as well as the extra $15 for the designs that were not what I asked. I was extremely disappointed in this nail salon.

I went in last Saturday to get my nails done and follow with a massage. I felt so relaxing and fabulous after got nails done. The nail tech paid so much attention with the process. I'm so happy that I went there. Would recommend it

I came here after seeing all the positive reviews, and honestly left quite confused! ? I reluctantly write this review but I feel I have to be honest about my experience. I was excited to get a manicure here after reading but unfortunately did not have the same experience as others. I asked for a black french tip gel manicure -- nothing crazy, just simple! My french tips were uneven in thickness and asymmetric. Even the curve of the tips looked more triangular on some nails. Some french tips didn't even connect from edge to edge of the nail. I asked the nail tech, Coco, to fix at least one of the french tips where it wasn't connected but she just kept telling me okay and that I was mistaken. She said it wasn't my nail that I was looking at, and that it was skin and that's why there was no polish there. It's one thing to make a mistake, but it's another to ignore it or gaslit your customer after it's been addressed by the customer. I tried to get her to fix another tip and all she did was file the affected side down instead of adding polish. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt in that maybe she was rushing but there was no one else but me in that nail salon at the time. In all honest truth, I would not come back here.

Nail Club & Spa was such an amazing experience!

This was my first manicure ever and Coco was my nail artist. She was very knowledgeable and kindly answered all my questions. She was very gentle and thorough with preparing my nails it was pretty cool to see how meticulously she worked. She even used a tiny brush to arrange the larger glitter pieces. She also shared some mooncakes she made with us! Very delicious!

I was there as a part of a larger group with my bridal party and we all had such a lovely time. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I also booked a back massage for my Dad who tagged along and he said it was very relaxing and relieved a lot of his shoulder tightness.

Overall an amazing day and lovely experience! I highly recommend coming here as the salon is so warm and inviting. The staff is very professional and talented. Especially if you have a special occasion because wow I love my wedding nails! They came out so pretty!

I just got a gel mani and regular pedi here & they were so kind to do both even though it went a bit past closing time! I heard about this place from a youtuber I follow (Lois Lee) 🙂

I didn't show photos of my regular pedi because I accidentally messed it up on my way home which was totally my fault 🙁 but before that it was also well done.

The space is so clean and pretty! Very calming & great service overall. Would definitely come back again!

I recently visited Nail Club and Spa for the first time, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The ambiance of the salon was relaxing, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. I opted for a foot massage while my girlfriend got a pedicure, and both services exceeded our expectations.

The foot massage was just what I needed—a perfect blend of pressure and relaxation. The massage therapist was attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. My feet felt rejuvenated afterward, and it was a great way to unwind.

My girlfriend's pedicure was equally impressive. The nail technician took her time, ensuring that every detail was perfect. She left with beautifully polished nails and soft, smooth feet. The selection of nail polish colors was extensive.

Had such a great experience at this salon. I went there with a bridal party group. Everyone had their nails done to their preference and we were all very happy.
I wasn't sure what type of polish to do but the nail techs and host were very helpful. I decided on powder for nails and regular polish for my toes. Both came out beautiful and stayed looking beautiful till the wedding.
I also brought my mom along. She was so in love with the process and results. She was already making plans to come back, even though we live an hour away in Long Island.
