I don’t post many reviews but wanted to share what a great nail experience I had with Kay today! She did a beautiful job on my stiletto nails with a new eyeshadow technique I had never heard of! It came out so natural! I am in love with them! ? After that, she gave me a wonderful and relaxing pedicure. I will be back!! Thank you, Kay! ?

I walked in and was seen right away! Tiffany did my nails and gave great advice on how to keep and maintain healthy nails.

I did GelX, and they look amazing. Tiffany took her time and made sure they were even and perfectly shaped, and she also listened to me as well to make sure I left loving my nails, which I do! I think I found my new go to nail salon!

This is my second time going, and let me just start off with saying once again Kay did a fabulous job on my nails!! 10/10! She made me feel comfortable through the entire process. My fiancé also got a basic manicure and pedicure, and he enjoyed the entire process as well. Everyone was more than welcoming, and we both enjoyed our time there.

Don't waste time trying any other nail salon in the area! The Nail Lounge blows away the competition. I am so happy to have found them, particularly the very talented Kay.

The salon is clean and well-maintained, which is always the most important factor for me. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable and the staff is warm and attentive. They even offer complementary wine, mimosas, or tea while you enjoy your service! It really elevates the whole experience. If all of that weren't great enough, their pricing is an outstanding value given the high quality of service and the pampering experience.

I can't say enough good things about Kay. She is everything anyone could dream of in a nail tech. She is incredibly focused on making sure she is giving you exactly what you want, asking lots of questions and making suggestions as she discusses your request with you. Before she starts any work, she goes over a full, clear breakdown of the cost, so there is no miscommunication. She continues to check in with you the entire time she works to make sure she's getting every aspect of your request just right. I feel like a million bucks after Kay works her magic.

I am very, very hard on my Gel X sets. I'm typically lucky to make it a week before I start destroying them. Not anymore! The extra attention Kay pays to modifying the tips to fit my specific nails beds is a game changer. For the first time in my life, I now make it all the way through to my next fill with everything intact, strong, and still looking great. She studies my inspiration pictures closely and creates a look that I always love even more than the original.

We always go to Kay’s in Santa Maria to get our jewelry inspected. We were walking past this shop and stopped to ask if they can fit us in for pedicures. With a nice smile and cheerful personality they said yes. We were seated right away and offered beverages. The water was nice and warm. It felt so good on our feet. Everyone her is so friendly, helpful and personable. My wife decided to get a manicure as well. They are very attentive and detail oriented. By far the best shop we have been to. They far surpass anything we have in Paso Robles. We will definitely make it a point to go here. Without hesitation I recommend this shop for manicures and pedicures. Worth every penny. We had Helen, Alan and Mia take care of us today, they provided top notch service.

This place is actually quite amazing and unexpected. Ooooooooooo Chile.....I was super pampered. I sadly didn't have an appointment but i called early enough that they were like come on. They put me in the best mood they were an amazing group and you can tip them with their venmo QR Code. When I say they were prepared and I was a walk in. My feet had a tea bath got the detox. My manicure just what I wanted. And the face wax was what I needed. I neglected myself for a year and they made this old girl feel the best. I even went home and had a lone brunch ? I was feeling it.

Love this place ! I arrived early and they got me in right away. Even a glass of champagne. Kay and Alan go above and beyond to make you comfortable. They do a great job and make sure you leave feeling amazing. Must try the Gel-X!! Game changer.
