*edit for 8.24.24* went into have a full set acrylic put on and Grace is amazing! I LOVE my nails and the.l cute flower design she put on my ring fingers. Would 100% recommend her.for manicure or pedicure (I had her for both!)

This was the best pedicure I have ever got! Wendy was absolutely amazing and so sweet. She took her time with everything she did, including the massage. Other places in the area tend to rush their services. Here, I felt more taken care of than just a paying customer. I will definitely be back!

Let me just start by saying that I am not in the habit of badmouthing businesses. However, I work very hard for my money and when I pay for a product I expect people to stand behind their work and rectify things in a professional and fair manner if there is a problem. That leads me to the posting of this review regarding a recent experience I had at this nail salon.

I am (or I was) a repeat customer who recently had a bad experience, and I am very disappointed with how I was treated. I had been seeing a regular nail technician for a few months now, and I really loved her work. However, I came in there recently for my normal dip set and for whatever reason that particular product was not adhering to my nails. Within 5 days I had to go back 3 different times (!!) because the product was chipping off, and in return breaking my natural nails, which really upset me. By the 3rd time I went in for a fix they told me they would do a whole new dip set for half off, which I felt was completely unacceptable considering I had just paid them $65 dollars less than a week prior, and couldn't go a solid 2 days without the product coming off. Not only that, but I did not have yet another hour to spare for them to do a whole new set since I was leaving town within 2 hours. So they agreed to fix the one broken nail, but told me that if I continued to have trouble over the weekend that the offer for 1/2 off a new set would still stand come Monday. Well as luck would have it I had 3 more broken nails come Monday, so I gave them a call to report this only to be informed that they decided to take back the agreement and now wanted to charge me FULL PRICE for a new set. To say that I was upset by this is a MAJOR understatement.

Now I do understand there are people out there who abuse the system and are always looking to get services or products for free, so businesses need to protect themselves. However, I had been a loyal customer for months and genuinely liked the services I had received thus far. So to be treated in such a way when I had a legitimate complaint was extremely unprofessional and outright offensive. They also didn't even take into consideration the amount of time I had to take out of my own busy schedule to get things fixed!

So reluctantly, I now have to find a new nail salon. Which is very upsetting since I originally liked this place.

Went and got a Gel X set of nails and the entire process was absolutely terrible! First I had an appointment at 4pm and they sat me in a bowl of cold water and acetone until 5:15 while they took 2 other clients in front of me. They do not have the proper equipment or tools to properly put on Gel X nails. The girl used a regular gel polish light to cure the nails instead of the Gel x LED curing lamp because she said theirs was broken. Due to the improper light usage my gel x nails are lifting around the edges and the gel is still tacky under my real nails.When I got home I had gel still coming off of the underside of the gel x nail extensions. The girl did her best with painting and the design but looks nothing like the photo I showed her shape/ length included. The girl doing my nails knew it was bad and just kept apologizing the entire service. I called to speak with the manager and she was so insanely rude she began yelling at me on the phone stating that I already signed her receipt when I paid so she will not fix or do anything on her end as it is her store policy then proceeded to laugh at me when I requested a refund for the poor service I received. My nails are an absolute wreck and on top of the $150 I was charged at US Nail Bar, I had to pay another salon to remove and a fix them for me. I Also got a pedicure at US Nail Bar and the guy just kept pouring acetone in the polish bottle to thin it out since it was running low so now all my polish is all chipping off and it hasn’t even been 3 days. What a mistake giving this “nail salon” a try was. These people should not be doing Gel X nails or any nails for that matter as they do not know what they are doing. They are running a nail salon chop shop just like the Kenosha nail bar and not even sure if any of them are properly trained or licensed. The lack of time management skills is horrible and Customer service is nonexistent. Avoid at all cost unless you enjoy throwing away money and receiving awful services!

My favorite place in the area to get a pedicure; the number 3 is absolutely amazing. Theresa did my mani/pedi today and she was fabulous. The whole service was very quick, pleasant and relatively inexpensive. Highly recommend.

Incredibly rude lady who did my nails! I came in and had asked for a simple manicure, I asked for flowers and showed her a picture, the flowers looked awful and smeared when she put too coat on, but she had been so rude to me before I didn’t even want to bother her in trying again. She bumped my other nail doing the flower and clicked her tongue and shook her head multiple times as if it was my fault! I apologized anyways. I was literally crying because she was being so rude for a small accident either way no matter whose fault it was. Then she had to redo my nail again for some reason again (not sure why), and continued clicking her tongue and shaking her head. And after all that she walked me over to the dryer and forgot about me and started doing another person’s nails! I wasn’t even sure when I was supposed to go pay so I just waited a bit longer until I realized she wasn’t going to give me a quote and had to go up to the front desk to ask how much I owe the artist. So disrespectful. The only plus that I saw to going here was that the front desk receptionist was incredibly kind! My nails are already chipping and I got them done around 4pm yesterday. It’s 7:15 am. I did regular polish but how are they chipping not even 24 hours after and I didn’t even do anything that would make them chip!
