Really beautiful and clean place ! Customer service was great. I just think they could ask a little more question to see what the person is actually looking for. And make it a little more personal feeling. But that’s just me. And I think the cleaning of nail should be something very important, those kind of things being people back because it shows you care. Of course money is the need but to have your people coming back and bringing their money you have to make them feel like it’s worth it. But overall, David did a great job and I love my nails. He is also very kind and warm. Thanks David! Overall, I’ll give it a five star! I think they are worth it ?

This has been the worst experience I have ever had, I do not recommend it at all to people who decide to get their hair done here. I explained to the manicurist that I wanted gel paint on my own nail and he glued on a false nail, leaving traces of glue and I charged almost 70 dollars. Don't be fooled, this place is horrible. I left very disappointed. Don't come to this place.

I spent the whole evening debating if i should bother on giving them a review on how poorly of a job they did on me and to be worst on my daughter nails. Its the first time i take her to do acrylic nail the lady that did her nails like in 30 min, made a mess on my daughters nails, she left glue or gel all of her fingers, the paint job is horrible the nail shape is horrible the nail on her thumbs is soo big, had to come home n try to fix them. A few hours later my nails n all around my nails started hurting, i had notice that the nail tech was extremely rough he burned my skin filling my nails i have cuts all over the edges of my fingers, i told him i wanted a almond french i even showed him a picture of what i wanted from their own instagram page n he went on just filling my nails, i have been doing my nail for over 20 years n this must be the worst nail job i have ever gotten n lets not forget the crazy amount i paid for this horrible service $135 on 2 full set wen i seen the price i asked him 135 on wat n he started explaining nonsense cuz thats wat it felt like wen he was talking. I am one to never complain of the price if i like the work but im sorry I couldn’t stay shut. I went to this place for the first time cuz i saw they had wonderful nail work on the instagram page but they surely fooled me.

I saw their work on Instagram and decided to give them a try since I live pretty close. Firstly, there's only 3 people actually doing services , another when i checked booking site it's about 6. Well since I messaged them on their Instagram about how poorly my service went and I got no reply I will be leaving it here. Sonny is very rude and doesn't listen to his clients concerns, he asked me what shape I wanted I said square then he proceeded to do them coffin. If he knew he couldn't do the exact design why not say that before hand? He made the stars look so ugly I mean probably he's not used to the design process he could've just said that instead of wasting my time. I had to tell him to put rhinestones to cover up how bad of job he did on the stars . I didn't even want to pay because of how bad my nails came out but I proceeded to do so because anyways there's no manager or owner who I could speak to so they could fix the issue. I do not recommend them at all. Also he made me feel very insecure when I asked him to do my toes, I have broken toe that had a bruise all I asked was for polish change & two gel-x big toes and proceeded to make me feel extremely embarrassed for even asking even my mom was concerned and just said let's go. Go to another salon if your looking for a better service & customer service salon looks nice but the technicians is what makes this salon lose customers.

Been coming here for over a year !!! And its the best nail place you can go to they are so nice and so attentive ..Yt and Kathy are always my go too..they never failed me ..if you’re looking for an amazing place you need to come here !!!
