I’ve been to this salon a few times and always had a great experience. The salon is clean and professional. I get a gel manicure and they have a huge color selection. Highly recommend this place!

Me gustó mucho el servicio , fueron muy delicadas con mis uñas , también desde que llegué me hicieron sentir muy bien , me ofrecieron té. Ame todos los masajes , me hice mis uñas tradicional y me gustó mucho el resultado final .

It was my first time in Zeno Nail Bar and they really spent a lot of time to create the color I really liked. They were clean and the stuff was very friendly. I will be back again for sure! I love the results.

Had a great experience at this nail shop! Walked in without an appointment, and the staff was so kind and welcoming. Isabella did an amazing job with my gel color—she’s professional, detailed, and absolutely lovely. Highly recommend!

Had an awful experience- as can be seen of what my nails looked like underneath once I removed the GelX I got done here (3 weeks later).
I don’t know if it’s the products they use, or the method- but I was horrified when I removed the nails I got done here at Zeno three weeks later, only to find them completely broken and destroyed. This never happened to me before, and I thought i’d come forward to give a little awareness of the importance of having healthy nail procedures. Wasn’t worth the set I got- 2 months later and my nails have gotten deformed. Really unsatisfied with this.

gonna preface this by mentioning that i’ve been coming here for almost 3 years, even after i moved to brooklyn because of the good quality of the manicures.
however the last few times have been disappointing, with long wait times, up to 30 mins after my appt. this last time was the final straw as i was charged $5 because my french manicure was “thicker”. sad to say i’ll have to find a new nail salon.

My first time at this salon today was fantastic. They worked me in on super short notice and were so nice about it. I just needed a straightforward mani and pedi. My nails were trashed. They cleaned me right up, quickly and efficiently, yet gently, and sent me on my way with time to spare. Prices are on the low side, I was pleasantly surprised. Oh, and the hot tea is a super nice touch.
