This place is so inconsistent. I left bleeding and my nails look awful. They left color all over my hands and cut my nails WAY too short. Their pricing states $45 for dip manicure. And they charged me $50 because they said they had to throw away the powder? Makes absolutely no sense.

So my nails look like absolute shit and I left in pain. Will not be going back.

Update: went back for a refund and the man threw the tip money I gave to him back at me and said ok I will remove all the polish and was so incredibly rude. I’m almost 8 months pregnant and they asked if I would come back tomorrow to fix my nails instead of refunding me. I kindly told them I don’t want to sit for another hour and they refused to refund me.

When I booked my appointment my wife and I wanted two pedicures and two fills. When we got there, the place was extremely busy and they seem to be behind schedule a little bit. This is OK however our pedicures started out to be rushed. My pedicure didn’t seem to be going very well. She was having trouble with her drain and was more interested in using the utensils to pry up the drain than she was to do my pedicure. Watching my wife’s pedicure I noticed that I wasn’t getting the same treatment as she was. I was getting much less. Not understanding I let it go. Then my wife wanted the French tip nails and that’s what she got. However, I wanted a hombre fill. The nails I had were perfect - the thickness I liked, the look I liked, the length I liked - they just needed a fill! They insisted I didn’t want them that thick and I finally stopped arguing with them and they completely removed all of my nails, which was very painful because they were not ready to come off!! Then, instead of hombre they gave me painted on French tips, pink and white . I was so upset that I just ended up paying, and they even charged me for removing my nails! The first photo is what we got. The second photo is what I wanted and had before.

So I am split on this. My wife and I stopped in for Pedi's. I had a Pedi and foot massage add-on by Moon, and she did an amazing job. Great Pedi and an amazing massage. I have zero complaints. Now my wife had the opposite experience with her male nail tech, Tim, maybe? Missed the name. Terrible Trifecta Experience. Worst ever Pedi, worst ever foot massage, and to top it off, the worst gel polish job ever. Missed a corner, didn't get near cuticles, and bubbles/bumps in polish. So we are split. 1 amazing experience and 1 with the worst experience. I am upset that, sadly, the worst was my wife's. If you go, choose Moon for your nail tech. Don't choose the guy. His massage consists of karate chop and slaps.

Update: Changed to 1 star. The next morning, my wife took a bath, and the gel polish came off. Didn't even make it 24 hours. My wife called and explained the situation. They said they would have a manager call back but never got the call.
Use caution there...
Look at my reviews, I rarely have left low ratings.

Very nice staff and they were able to give me exactly what i wanted. I showed them a saved picture of what I was hoping for and they definitely delivered. I booked 3 appointments - 1 for myself and 2 others in my group. Everyone was very happy with their services!

Received a regular manicure here and it looked terrible. It was rushed, too much paint was applied to the nails, making them look clumpy and even wrinkled in some areas. The second coat didn’t go all the way to the nail bed. Please do not waste your money here.

Made a same day appointment and I was able to get in to get dip powder and tips. Male nail tek was nice. However the skill level isn’t what I was hoping for. I asked for coffin shape and he just squared them off. The powder wasn’t applied evenly but I will say this for him, the powder and dip lasted for over two weeks without lifting. So it wasn’t the worst job but wasn’t the best.

I’ve been going to The Nail Bar for 2-3 years. I don’t have a particular manicurist, but each time I’ve been happy with my manicure and/or pedicure. It’s easy to schedule appointments and upon arrival, I’ve rarely ever had to wait more than 10 minutes (and even then, they were very apologetic about the wait time). The salon is very nice and their manicure tools come out of a sealed package so I feel like that’s as sanitary as you can get! Their prices are reasonable as well!

I never leave bad reviews, but I need to let people know before going here. I got shellac removal and a new application, I asked that the woman not use the electric buffer, she did, I should have walked out. My nails are so thin they hurt, are sensitive to hot and cold and have been splitting and cracking even LIFTING off the nail bed!! She also trimmed ALL the skin around each nail, which is now growing back as calluses and are also splitting! My nails and skin surrounding have NEVER been worse in my LIFE! I’m about a month after having that manicure and I’m still having problems, I have had to trim and file my nails down every day to keep them from ripping and tearing more.
In past visits when I’ve gotten just a regular manicure, the polish they used was so old and thick it actually never dried, it just shifted and dented I ended up just taking it off at home the next day because it was still leaving an imprint from everything. The second time I went I showed them a picture of a French manicure I wanted and every single finger the polish was crooked, not just a little. I wish I had taken a picture of the finished product. The only thing I can say as a positive is that they have availability when you walk in.
